not to original witht he effect it is a little bit not to much though il admit. lots of drawbacks that IMO keep it balanced

 

 

This card cannot be added from your Deck to your hand except by drawing it during your Draw Phase. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing 3 Machine-Type monsters you control while you have 5 Machine-Type monsters in your Graveyard with different names. When this card declares an attack destroy 1 Machine-Type monster you control, if you do not then destroy this card. Whenever this card declares an attack inflict a Quater of this cards ATK as direct damage to your opponent, any battle damage this card inflicts to your opponent becomes 0.

I think this card in general is way underpowered. I'd rather use Beast Machine King Barbaros Ur or Machina Force than this. It has way too many drawbacks to appeal to me, so I probably wouldn't use it. OCG fix posted below.

So... uh... if I do draw this card outside of the draw phase with say, Jar of Greed, then what? Do I put it back? In my opinion this card is actually not very good to begin with, and the effect is way too long. Let me try to clean it up for you:

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing 3 Machine-type monsters. When this card declares an attack, destroy 1 Machine-type monster you control. Whenever this card declares an attack, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. Any Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent becomes 0.

 

-having to tribute 3 monsters and having to destroy a monster whenever it attacks AND it does 0 damage is still a lot of drawbacks

-1000 is 1/4 of 4000

-I took out the line " if you do not then destroy this card" because if you have no other Machine-type monsters on the field it'll have to destroy itself.

yea i know fail card, was thinking of what effect togive it and couldnt really think of one not to proud of this one
