I need a little OCG help

I tried to make something original but I don't think I did the OCG correct so if someone can help me, that would be thankful.

 

 

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 Defense Position monsters on your side of the field, from play. Once per turn, you can switch this card's ATK and DEF. While this card is in face-up Attack Position, you cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards.

This is definitely underpowered. Make the summon condition optional...the effect isn't even that great.

Something like that.

What happened to the bottom-right hand corner of the card o_O?

Remove the last sentence as well. The rest is fine.

 

The card itself has potential, and seems balanced. It's fine.

 

You no longer really need to state "...face-up Attack Position..." as the only card that can set it to face-down Attack Position is practically unused and useless. Just keep it as simply Attack Position.
