Master of Chaos™
Lore:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when you Draw a card outside of your Draw Phase. When this card is Summoned draw 2 Cards. This card loses 1000 ATK for each card in your hand. When this card's ATK reaches 0, destroy this card and discard all cards in your hand. During your opponent's End Phase, discard cards from your hand equal to the Number of cards your opponent drew that turn.
Jolta
Ragnok or Ragnarok? Skill Drain and you win Practically practical in Decks that focus on discarding.
NeXodus
This card has to many drawbacks. Not a troll comment, but, did you try to make it balanced?Beause it really just made it bad from yourself. You draw 2, that's already 2000 ATK wasted. You probaly already have cardsin your hand. Subtract those. Then it would be 2000 ATK or less. If you keep drawing, you will eventually have 0 ATK and this card would be destroyed. But I see what your trying to do. The more cards your opponent has, the less card you have inyour hand. But then it becomes OP'ed.Very good premise and I hope you can try and edit and fix some problems and make a totally different card like this one because this one is very original.Great pic too.7/10 BTW, OCG = flawless.^^
Master of Chaos™
Ragnok not Ragnarok and i was trying to make it balanced since you have to watch out not to have too much Cards in your hand and yet not too many. And if you see this card could also mainly be used in Decks that are based on Drawing Cards but yes in some situations it may be overpowered.
