Final Countdown Archetype? What do you think?

O.k. I know i got some of the OCG wrong and some things don't work right. Tell me what you think of this and tell me what I need to fix. I will gladly fix any mistake I have made. I think this is considered a Sub-Type if not tell me what you think the title should've been and I'll fix it. Also I don't have pictures for these cards. Sorry. I am Adding pictures at the moment.

When this monster is Normal Summoned you must send the top 3 cards of your deck to the graveyard and then Special Summon 2 Level 3 or lower "Final Countdown" Monster cards from your deck to the field. You can tribute this monster and another monster to place 1 Final Countdown Counter on a card.

The tributes for this monster must be 3 "Final Countdown" monster cards. This monster can not be flipped face down. When this monster card is Flip Summoned you must place 7 Final Countdown Counters on a card.

You can remove 20 Final Countdown Counters from a card to send 3 cards from your graveyard into your deck and then shuffle.

Pay 500 Life Points. You take no battle damage this turn. When you would have taken damage this turn you must place 1 Final Countdown Counter on 1 card.

Discard 2 cards to activate this. Equip this card only to a monster with no equipped cards on it. That monster is uneffected by Spell or Trap cards other than this card. That monster is uneffected by Monster Effects. That monster can not have any new cards Equip to it. That monster is switched to ATK position. That monster can not change to DEF. That monster's ATK and DEF become 0. That monster can not use it's effect. When the equipped monster is removed from the field you must place 4 Final Countdown Counters on a card.
