Ummm kinda OP'ed more like overexcessively Op'ed. For the collateral of wiping your opponent's field clean you need a lot more than just removing 3 cards from your deck. Plus it's a quick play so set it face own and when your oponent summons DAD with a field full of Blackwings, just remove threee cards and say bye to their entire field of monsters? 1/10

Suggestion: How about change it to this; 'Remove from play the top card in your Deck that is equal to the monster that your opponent controls x2. Destroy all monster your opponent controls.'

 

It mean that if there is 1 monster your opponent controls, you must removed 2 cards from play. If there is 2 monsters your opponent controls, you must removed 4 cards from play. etc etc...

10/10 there's no way this is over powered OK that's saying lightning vortex is over powered and u can destroy all monster on your points side that are face up for nothing but this makes you remove from play 3 cards on top of your deck then u can use it and destroy all monsters your opponent controls that's just a more costly lightning vortex. with a bit more benefits.

I can't stop laughing at how people think this isn't OP'ed.

 

Really, In RFP milling decks this is a better version of Rageki. It's a freak'n quickplay....

 

I also wanna say that changing the number of cards being milled would not change this cards OP'ed ness. I mean if it was "Remove from play the top 5 cards of your Deck for each monster your opponent controls. Destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field". It'd still be terribly OP'ed.

No. Raigeki doesn't get to be a Quickplay, and the RFGing bit has about as much good as bad, it isn't really an issue.

The Quick-Play-ability of this card makes me go ...

 

First thing that came to mind were Lightsworns, then if you think about it for a bit, just about any deck can use it, since most people won't mind losing three cards for a card like this.

SOOOOOOOOO.. it's a weaker version of Lightning Vortex, right? Lightning Vortex is the same thing, but you only have to discard one card form your hand. However, this would work great in tandem with Gren Maju Da Eiza. So it's an overused idea, but you had a deacent pic, an ok (if overused) name, and a twist on it. 6.5/10

It's not the same, this is a quickplay and destroys monsters even if they're face-down. Plus, losing cards from your deck isn't as bad as losing the hand advantage.
