The ATK is really low for a Level 7 monster and the Level 3 non destruction part may not always be to your advantage and benefit only you. But still good enough for a 7/10. I think the destroying card effect should be limited to once per turn. It's actually pretty balanced now that it's remove from hand instead of *Unmentioned*. Btw, Hand = hand And it is a Chaos Monster. A Chaos monster is used to describe monsters that use LIGHT and DARK, with a goal of removing cards from play. In this case, an angelic (light) chaos (dark) dragon that removes traps.
