Naruto: The Untold Legacy [First Arc/Started/Accepting Via OOC Thread/ADV/PG-16/IC]

Human Path, who by now has seen his attack miss, but Shado looked like parts of his clothing has been rotting away. There was a slight tingle in the air, as if the chakra around the sphinx-mask wearing council member has completely decayed. He looked at the attacks made by Daku, the exploding tag, tilting his sphinx face sidewards.

 

"Am I supposed to be scared?" Human Path remarked mistily.

 

He then extended a palm towards the the kunai, his outstretched hands glowing darker and darker. As its glow reached its peak, he released a shot of black cloud towards the kunai, completely rotting it away, without even making the tag explode. He then used the same hand to block Shado's attack by slapping away his outstretched foot with his glowing hand. The lightning somehow died from around Shado's foot as it made contact with the Sphinx's glowing hand.

 

"I'll give you a fighting chance, human, for I am merciful." Human Path started. "I represent the human path, the worst, and the most abominable path of the six. I represent the greed, the desire, the hunger, and the pride. I represent the darkest path of reincarnation, where wars are waged, and nature is destroyed. Therefore, I am gifted with the power of rot, the same thing that humans do to their environment and to their world. I rot the chakra in the air, and in anything my black aura touches. Now, why don't we try again?"

 

Human Path dug a foot on the ground, then dashed forward, aiming a punch using his glowing hands. His dash was fast, and extremely fluid, his movement better than when he was without his Sphinx Mask.

 

Meanwhile, the twin-headed dog gave out a massive yelp as it got hit by Sen's lightning powered punch. It even flew up in the air for a few inches, landing after a few seconds later. But the dog didn't disappeared, Instead, massive spikes erupted from its body, heading towards Sen. The spikes were lightning charged, the same lightning that Sen used to hit the dog.

 

On Shuuhei's end, it wasn't going well either. The bear was absorbing the slashes as if nothing were happening. Twice has he tried to stab the bear, and twice did it failed to produce any damaging effects. He added lightning to his attack, but it wasn't enough. The bear kept coming at him with extreme attacks, pummeling the ground with intensity that the ground exploded into multiple pieces. Shuuhei jumped backwards a few steps, before lunging forward again, attempting a piercing attack. The bear didn't even block, and as the blade penetrated its stomach, it slapped Shuuhei sidewards, causing the akatsuki to hit the nearby wall with such intensity. On the part of the bear, there was no visible damage, only it became more enraged.

 

"What's wrong with these creatures? Not even a head on attack was effective." Shuuhei said, wiping the blood off his cheek. "Sen, be careful!"

"That's not fair!" Sen yelled throwing herself out of the way just barely getting out of the way. Unknown to her, her leg was hit but she didn't feel it. Sen jumped to the celining and pushed off, spinning rapidly and her fist out stretched. The lightening was swirling around her as she made her decent.

"N-now...Were are we....Supposed to....Be going?" Kaito asked trying to atch his breath with ever pause. Why, you ask? It's because both the male Chuunin and female ANBU managed to come from Suna and all the way to Konoha in less than 24 hours.

 

Reinako took a few minutes before speaking in a tired voice, "The Hokage-sama's office." She was already a day behind for the travels because of travel gear and preperations. So to make up for lost time she didn't allow them to stop for more than a few minutes, and run at full speed constatly. She was actually surprised that the Chuunin didn't pass out a long time ago.

 

"Lets go." Reinako said as both of made their way to the Hokage's office. The two of them went through all of the formalities to enter the village, and soon found themselves in front of the Hokage's door. Reinako knocked on the door and waited to be admitted.

The twin-headed dog lumbered once again, turning both heads at Sen. It roared greatly, causing dust and small rocks to fall from the ceiling. From where it was standing, it seemed to be preparing for something, but what? The answer came a few moments afterwards. It leapt up to the air and started to spin. It spun counter-clockwise, now looking like a drill. It charged towards Sen, meeting her fist head on. The clash of attacks was so intense that nearly half the hideout was blasted away. Sunlight entered the hideout as a massive portion of the wall was destroyed. The dog and Sen were both sent backwards, with the twin-headed dog landing on its back, but seemingly unscathed.

 

Meanwhile, Shuuhei was still having a hard time dealing with his own opponent. Once again, the bear has proven to be impervious to cutting attacks. Somehow, Shuuhei was running out of options. He has already several wounds lining up his body. Nothing serious, but they were hampering his movements nonetheless. The bear started to move towards him, running on all fours. Shuuhei, out of desperation, forced the lightning into his fist, and met the bear with bare knuckles.

 

The effect was rather unexpected. As the fist made contact with the bear, it lighted up, causing sparks of electricity to fly off. Next thing Shuuhei saw was the bear flying backwards, a clear sign of injury present on the area he punched. However, it was also evident that Shuuhei sustained enough injury to render his left hand useless. He wasn't a brawler, and so, his hands cannot handle chakra like that. A sudden idea hit him.

 

"Sen! Switch opponents! I figured out the bear's weakness!" Shuuhei shouted, running towards Sen while their opponents are down.

Uchiha Shuuto was drinking loads of water once again. He has been drinking water all his life, but he never gets tired of it nor becoming bloated from excessive water in his body. In fact, it seemed to be making him more youthful. He was on his 20th glass of water for the day when he heard a knock on the door. Perhaps it was his meal, or perhaps some messenger delivering reports. When he opened the door, it was neither. Standing in front of him were two people, both from different hidden villages. He recognized the other one, the girl, from her eyes. He knew all too well those pair of eyes, especially since Hyuuga Soujiro was his bestfriend. The boy was a complete stranger in the hokage's eyes, however. He seemed extremely young, around 15 years old, but he looked able.

 

"Ah. Welcome. Please, do come in. Pardon the mess," Shuuto motioned towards the towering paperworks around this table, "Take a seat."

 

He waited for the two to take their seats, before sitting on his own chair, drinking a glass of water. There was a few more things he needed to do, but he set them aside, and interlocked his fingers, staring at the two ninjas in front of him.

 

"I believe introductions are in order. I am Uchiha Shuuto, Sandaime Hokage of Konohagakure. I take it Hyuuga Soujiro has sent you, Miss, uh? What're your names?" Shuuto asked, looking rather relaxed and calm, drinking another glass of water.

Sen groaned pushing herself into a sitting position, shaking the hand she used to attack with when pain shot through her arm. "Wasn't expecting that." She mumbled slowly standing. It was then she heard Shuuhei's command to switch opponents. "Ok!" Sen yelled jumping into the air, and flipping over Shuuhei and landed in front of the recovering bear. The lightening around her became stronger and was licking at her skin, a sure sign that her control was slowly slipping. Stay focused Sen! Don't lose control now. Sen took a deep breathe, before staring at the bear.

 

"Well Mr. Fuzzy, looks like I'm your new play mate." Sen smiled holding out her arms concentraiting the lightening around her into four points. It soon formed into four lightening rods, and with the wave of her hand it was sent flying towards the bear.

 

[spoiler=Ooc]I know Im pulling some attacks that I didn't mention in my App. Like the lightening orbs. I was wondering if thats going to be a problem, cause I didn't think of it while doing my app. Especially the one I just did now. If it's ok, i'd like to add that unless you don't mind me using it as just a normal attack.

Reinako nodded bowing in respect while she introduced herself, "I am Reinako Hyuuga, ANBU of the hidden Sand village. This is-"

 

"I'm Kaito Mizuno, from the Hidden Stone village and I'm the best ninja that you'll ever have the pleasure of meeti-" Kaito was effectivly quieted when his face hit the ground certisy of Reinako's fist. "Please forgive him he's been my student for a little over a week. I'm still working out the kinks of his rudeness."

 

"You didn't have to be so rough." Kaito muttered standing back up rubbing his head, but otherwise seemed fine.

 

Reinako continued ignoring the Chuunin, "We were sent by Hyuuga-dono, and I regreat to say that we are late, but you still should've recieved the message telling of our arival."

Hmm.. I'll allow it as a normal attack only. Meaning it doesn't have much of an impact when techniques such as Raikiri or Chidori is used against it. Alright? :)

 

 

The bear was not anticipating a counter attack from Sen. It was prepared for a sword strike, but instead, four rods of lightning came flying towards it. Even after impact, the bear was still standing, unfazed. It seems attacks like that have little effect against its thick fur. It simply roared angrily as it charged towards Sen on all fours, baring its fangs at her. As it reached her, it shot out a massive bear claw, aiming for Sen's head in the form of a swipe. There was no mercy in the dark eyes of the bear, only hunger, and aggression. From its movements, it seemed it has also made use of the ground, using it as a launching ground to propel its body forward, allowing it to increase the force of its swiping claw attack.

Uchiha Shuuto gave Reinako and Kaito a thoughful gaze. It wasn't something that happened everyday, but it wasn't rare either. He drank a glass of water once again, then turning towards the two ninjas in front of him. There was something in the way he was staring at them that would make people relax, as if you can't go wrong with Shuuto, nor will you come to harm when he's around. The sandaime hokage then stood up, and walked towards the front of his desk, looking at Reinaki and Kaito.

 

"I've already received word from Hyuuga-dono regarding your arrival. And its okay. This isn't any official mission, so I will tolerate tardiness. Now, you might be wondering why you've been called here. I need you two to accompany me, along with Kusabe-san, to the Kage Summit in the Land of Iron tomorrow. Konohagakure is currently short on ninjas right now, most are on missions, and the few here on the village are already busy with safeguarding it. Only Kusabe-san is available. He's already strong enough, but Rokudo-dono of the Land of Iron required that we bring three bodyguards. Will you accept this mission? Hyuuga Soujiro-dono has already given his approval. I will view this as a favor." Shuuto explained, drinking another glass of water.

Reinako smiled and nodded, "It would be an honor to accompany you, and Kusabe-san to the Land of Iron. We won't let you down Hokage-sama." She gave another bow forcing Kaito into a bow as well.

 

"I do not mean to be rude, but if that is all for right now I was wondering if there was a place where we could stay until we depart. We're quite tired and haven't eaten for a full day in our haste to the village." Reinako gave a sheepish smile, while Kaito bit his inner cheek to keep quite, not wanting to get hit by Reinako again.

Sen narrowed her eyes at the straight forward attack. "Bad Mr. Fuzzy." She did a well timed backflip attempting to dodge the bear's swipe. Sen landed on her hands with her legs curled to her chest. Ok, the mutated doggy didn't seem to be bothered by this, but lets see how well you go against my thunder fist attack. She thought while thrusting her electricity charged feet into the bear's underbelly.

 

When she finally was on her two feet she noticed that strands of her hair was on the ground, as well as drops of blood. She touched her cheek and felt three claw marks and blood running down her face, yet she didn't feel any pain. Her eyes widened slightly, but she quickly willed herself to calm down remembering where she was.

Shado then falls htting his back on the ground, his movement quite unorthodox as he gets up as the Human path's two glowing hands, not to mention his body had passed him just barely, his gut having been stomped on in the Dash, Shado appearing to deteariorate his face starting to dissappear completely, the darkness alone where his head was excluding two red eyes. Daku then jumps away making sure to stay away from the human ath as he threw kunais and shuriken at it, presumably all were stopped as with before as he ran behind the statue. Shado looks at the Human path his expression somewhat a mixture of boredom and anger, "Mind coming outside then, since you can kill my Chakra a change of SceneryIsn't too much now is it?" Shado asks. Daku meanwhile was grouping his shuriken together,using a small peiece of cloth he joined them together enough to make it seem singular until thrown. Shado meanwhile jumps back towards the entrance. "well unless you're scared that me bringing you outside will cause that power of yours to go when you need it after all, since you can do that do you really need to stay in here?" he says slowly waiting for Daku to finish.

The bear flew upwards after Sen successfully landed her blow. It made such an impact on the bear that it hit the ceiling with such force that it broke open, collapsing parts of the hideout again. From among the debris, the bear landed with a loud thud, producing a cloud of dust. Its eyes looked lifeless and spent. Beast Path gave a slight nod of approval, not affected by the defeat of his summon. He waved a hand, and the bear disappeared from a cloud of smoke, leaving only the twin-headed dog.

 

Shuuhei has already found out what he needed to know regarding the twin-headed dog. It was impervious to blunt-force attacks, that's Sen was having trouble fighting it. It also seemed that the bear was the same, except its immune to sword attacks instead. By now, Shuuhei has struck the dog in three major areas, namely the neck of the left head, the gut area, and the ligament of the right leg. The dog was in no fighting state anymore. It tried to lunged at Shuuhei, but because of its damaged ligaments, it was only able to move for a while before crashing down the floor. Shuuhei simply moved a few steps backward without any effort. Beast Path gave another satisfied nod, looking at Shuuhei and Sen through his jackal mask. Shuuhei pointed his sword towards Beast Path.

 

"So, you're next." Shuuhei said in his most threatening tone.

 

"I don't think so. Grr." Beast Path laughed, removing his mask. What was hidden underneath his mask came as a complete shock towards Shuuhei.

 

Instead of a human head, Beast Path has a black, jackal head, the same features as an Anubis. He has emerald-green eyes, and several golden ornaments hung from his bandaged neck. His ears were lined with golden earrings, and he has a pair of fangs bared. He gave Shuuhei and Sen a wild and aggressive look.

 

"Why don't you try to come at me? Grrrr." Beast Path said, issuing a challenge.

 

Meanwhile, Human Path was not moving an inch. He simply gave a slight chuckle. When Shado taunted that they take the fight outside, he merely waved the comment off with an even louder laugh before staring back at Shado through his Sphinx Mask. He waved off his hand towards Shado.

 

"You want a change of scenery?" Human Path looked over at Deva, who has already gone someplace with Zenosuke. "Then how bout I just tear this place down?"

 

Human Path placed a hand on ground, and sent a tremendous amount of chakra on it. The walls that remains in the hideout gradually started to crumble into dust. It was as if the earth was itself being corroded by something. The stony roof gradually opened up as it turned into dust, being blown away by the wind. After a few more minutes, the hideout was gone, and instead, a blank piece of ground encircle them, with the forest along the outlines of where the hideout used to be.

 

"Now, let's do this." Human Path remarked, charging towards Shado, reappearing behind him, and attempting to land a kick with his glowing heels. If it hits, it would cause extreme amounts of rotting energy towards Shado, and would kill him in a matter of seconds.

Uchiha Shuuto gave a satisfied nod. He wanted to hear those words from the two ninjas. Among the 5 Kages, he, along with Hyuuga Soujiro, were both known as the friendliest kages in the land. Of course, because of their leadership, both Konohagakure and Sunagakure are close allies. Now that the Kage Summit was being held again, both leaders know that they must push for a ninja peace treaty and mutual assistance to further improve the relationship of the 5 nations.

 

When Sandaime Hokage heard of Reinako's request, he gave her a smile, before turning towards his desk. Shuuto snapped his fingers, and from out of nowhere, a tall, red-haired ninja appeared. He landed beside Shuuto, appearing in a hazy smoke. There was something about the ninja that made you feel awkward. Its as if he was constantly observing both Reinako and Kaito with utmost diligence, even when not looking directly at them.

 

"Yes, Uchiha-sama?" the red-haired ninja said.

 

"Kusabe-san, show our guests to the residential room of house." Shuuto said with a smile.

 

Kusabe quickly nodded at Shuuto, then ushered Reinako and Kaito out of the room. He kept glancing at them every now and then, as if uncomfortable in their presence. After a few turns, a few more flight of stairs down, and they found themselves standing in front of a two-door room. Kusabe stood between Reinako and the door, giving her a stern look.

 

"Listen here, whoever you are. Uchiha-sama trusts you completely, but I don't. There are too many assassins who want him dead. If either of you even make the slightest hint of violence towards the Hokage, I will personally end your life." Kusabe said seriously, producing an ANBU mask from out of nowhere.

 

If one were to look closely on his ANBU mask, it was completely different. There were scratches and smears all over it, aside from the insignia of Konohagakure plastered on the forehead portion. From somewhere around the right cheek, there was a large kanji meaning "ROOT". Kusabe wore the mask, and gave Reinako a deadly stare.

 

"I am Kusabe Ichisuke, Leader of the Root ANBU. Burn that name in your head." Kusabe remarked, disappearing from the spot in a cloud of smoke once again, leaving Reinako and Kaito in front of a spacious, residential room complete with everything a luxurious suite would have.

Shado turn s to Dust as the foot nears, his Illusion covering his dodge of the move as he jumps over the Human path. "If this guy was actually good at seeing through Genjutsu, I'd of been dead by now" he thinks. Daku then throws the bundle of Shuriken the cloth coming of halfway through the flight and they start to slowly spread, the look on Daku's face as he sees Shado turning to dust is one of both sadness and anger. "he better hope i can keep this long enough for" Daku thinks While Shado stand Directly behind the Human path Using Chidori he slams his hand towards it's back with great speed using his Kekkei Genkei to make it near impossible to dodge at such short range.

Sen frowned a bit knowing that she will have to be deactivating her Kekkei Genkai soon, or feel either Shuuhei's sword again or risk self destructing. But I need lightening from some where to at least draw it in. Sen smiled doing a few hand seals ending on the hand seal for boar. A shadow was casted over the area, and if one was to look up you would see ominous dark storm clouds as far as the eye could see.

 

The lightening around Sen then shot towards the sky disappearing in the storm clouds. Bolts of lightening hit the fighting grounds in random places, coming quite close to the 6 combatants in the circular area. "That solves that problem."

While being escorted to the rooms Reinako noticed how uncomfortable Kusabe-san was, that foreign ninjas were here. Kaito was too busy looking around the halls in awe of the craftsmanship of the building.

 

Once at the door Kusabe gave them a little speech, to which Reinako was greatly surprised. Did he honestly believe that they are here to assassinate the Hokage? Even if he didn't believe it fully, he sure as hell implied it. Once the initial shock wore off the female ANBU matched Kusabe's glare, but a light smirk played on her lips. Obviously saying, that even if there mission was as he said there would be no way for him to stop her. After Kusabe's disappearance Reinako said, "Do believe that I shall remember your name, Kusabe Ichisuke."

 

"Man I don't like him! He's such a cocky bas-"

 

"Watch your language."

 

"-Hard head! I mean if we were here to kill the old guy, why would we make ourselves known? And he thinks he's so great, all because of his stupid ANBU mask and his cool red hair." Kaito continued to rant. "I bet I could take him! I'll give him a left and a right and then a kick in the-...."

 

Reinako cringed at the loud noise and looked at Kaito, as he stood in front of a knocked over table, his foot outstretched. She placed her ANBU mask on a table that wasn't broken. "First of all please refrain from calling Hokage-sama the "old guy", and secondly if you were to assassinate someone you could either do it by stealth, or by getting the target to lower his guard by befriending him....Or her." Reinako paused as Kaito moved the damaged table to a corner.

 

"It usually depends on the target, and the amount of time you have. However seeing as Hokage-sama, and Hyuuga-dono have a strong trust in each other they would also have trust in the ninjas of the other village. Although, it seems I can't say the same for Kusabe-san....He makes me feel uncomfortable....We both should be extra careful not to give him any reason to attack us."

 

It was quite for a while but it seemed like Kaito was getting bored, as he soon began pacing the room and touching everything. Reinako smiled, "Why don't you go out to the village and look around, if you have so much energy."

 

"Really!? Yes!"

 

"I think I will take a shower then rest for a bit." She walked towards the bathroom, but paused. "And Kaito try not to get in too much trouble."

 

"Yeah! Yeah!" Kaito yelled opening the window, and jumping out.

Rekkin was slightly fazed by Ashura's demands. He wanted to meet Zenonsuke-dono? For what reasons, she wondered, as she kept a guard up in case the demon would attack her. But no matter what, she still had her loyalty to the Akatsuki, and so she would not dare to think about revealing her leader for a demon like him. A smirk curved on her thin lips, before she spoke in a confident tone.

 

"Ooh? You want to mee Zenonsuke-dono? Well then... this is quite a surprise. For if you're as all-mighty as you seem, I'd expect you to know his location, or something. But, it seems that no one's all-knowing. Now then, as I remember, I was the interrogator here, so I will ask you once again; where is Gyosei?"

 

She formed a seal with her hands, before making several more and finally, aiming her hand at Ashura Path.

 

"Sabaku Kyū!" she growled with clenched teeth, before sand began erupting from one of her glass containers and enveloping Ashura rapidly, encasing him in a "cocoon" of sand, which began levitating slightly in mid-air, before Rekking confirmed he was trapped, and went up to him, staring into his face with no sign of fear in her eyes.

 

"Now then, either you tell me, or I'll crush you to death! See this sand? All I need is one more Jutsu to turn you into a splatter of gore and blood!"

Garanth held his hand up to the girl. "Rekkin... stop this foolishness." He glared back at her before looking back to the man. "Before we do anything tell us why you want to meet our leader." His voice was still calm as usual and his tone was obviously frustrated. He thought to himself quietly as he stepped forward. Why should trust this guy? D*** it... I shouldn't have to deal with this.

 

He closed his eyes felling his chakra store up into his body quickly. I need to store more energy into me to prepare... He finally opened his eyes looking at the stranger quickly before glancing around the area trying to remember the outline of the area.

Human Path was mildly surprised by the attack, with Shado's hand puncturing his chest cleanly. He turned his head 180 degrees in a grotesque manner so that his head is facing behind him, and directly at Shado. There was a sort of fizzing around his body, as if a current of electricity was flooding it.

 

"That hurts." Human Path remarked, grabbing Shado's hand from the front with his glowing hands.

 

As soon as Human Path's glowing hands grabbed Shado's chidori hand, it doused the chakra around it, completely nullifying the effects of the lightning. He then pushed his hand forward, pulling Shado closer to him so that now they're nearly face to face. He gave a chilling laughter and kicked Shado away with extreme force.

 

"You don't know the extent of your limits, do you?" Human Path remarked, removing his rain coat.

 

Right then and there, he exposed a massive hole on his chest, where the chidori strike hit. He was moving as if nothing happened. He was about to attack again when Shuuhei suddenly came flying towards Shado, landing near him. Shuuhei took a glance towards Human Path, and immediately knew who it was. He stood up, his body aching all over, placing a hand on Shado's shoulder.

 

"I know this guy. Shado, don't attack him in the body. He's not going to die that way. You'll have to force him to remove his mask. Zenosuke beat him once by shattering his mask, and landing a strike to his head. You should do the same, and by the way," Shuuhei finally stood up, "Don't let him retrieve his mask at all cost. You'll know what I mean."

 

Shuuhei was quickly picked off by a blur. It was too quick, but he somehow disappeared from his spot. Next thing that happened, Beast Path appeared near the other end of the area, clutching Shuuhei with one hand.

 

"You're one cheeky brat. Grrrr." Beast Path remarked, giving Shuuhei a deadly stare, glowing with deadly intensity. He was preparing for a deadly attack, and Shuuhei is not in any condition to free himself. He was beaten up by Beast Path through sheer feral force alone earlier.

Uchiha Shuuto stood outside the residential room of the Hokage House. He wanted to have a word with the two foreign ninjas before the day of the Summit. There was a look of uncertainty around his face, a sign that something was troubling him. From his hokage outfit, he drew out a hand from one of the sleeves, knocking gently on the double doors.

 

"Hyuuga-san? Can we talk? I have something I wish to discuss." Shuuto said, keeping his voice a little low.

Ashura Path didn't look too worried. He gazed at the sand surrounding him and gave a look of disappointment towards Rekkin and Garanth. For some reason, he's still not moving an inch from his place, and was still looking towards Rekkin. The wind blew differently, and the trees fell dead. The blackened sun still glared at the three people, still not moving, and providing little light. Ashura Path gave another frown.

 

"How many times did I tell you? Nothing works on me in my own world." Ashura Path remarked, disappearing from the sand. "You were fools. You should've noticed you were under my genjutsu since the beginning."

 

The black sun rotated at counter clockwise. It rotated so fast, it became blurred. The clouds started to form a circular area around Rekkin, Garanth, and the forest the black sun is staring at. Souls of the dead started to murmur and surface around, producing ethereal hands that seemed to claw their way to the surface. The cloud around Rekkin and Garanth formed an effective wall that cannot be penetrated with ease, and spans 50 meters around them.

 

"Why don't you try to hit me again with any move?" Ashura Path's voice echoed from somewhere. It was clear that he was toying with them. He wasn't anywhere to be seen, which meant he was staying someplace else.

I needed that shower." Reinako sighed softly, walking over to her small backpack and reaching for a change of clothes. It was at that time that she heard a knock at the door, followed by Shuuto's voice requesting a word with her. "Coming! Just one minute!" Reinako grabbed her clothes and quickly threw them on, then grabbing her towel and drying out her hair as much as she could before hurrying to open the door.

 

"Sorry for the wait Hokage-sama." She smiled holding it open wider so he could come in.

Sen blinked surprised at the Beast Path's speed. It was only in a split second but he now had Shuuhei and it looked as if he was preparing for something big. She squatted down focusing her chakra to her feet and lunged forward rapidly closing the distance between her and the Beast Path. Once close enough she jumped into the air, did a few front flips and ended with her right foot out stretched aiming for the space in-between Shuuhei and Beast Path. From the sky a large bolt of lightening shot down aiming for Sen's electrically charged foot.

Uchiha Shuuto gave a brief nod towards Reinako as she opened the door. He looked around, trying to see if anyone was watching him, before entering the door. There was a slight fatigue present across his face, as if he's been working a lot. The first thing Shuuto did was to gingerly take a glass of water from the cupboard and fill it with water. Somehow, he's really in to drinking loads of water, for unknown reasons.

 

"Sorry for doing that, Hyuuga-san. I was thirsty." Shuuto smiled, sitting down on a vacant chair near the water jug.

 

He gave another glance to the door, and drank another bottle of water. The look of fatigue on his face was suddenly gone now, replaced by his usual calm and composed visage. After all, he's not exactly old. Around mid 30's was not enough to make him look like an old man. In fact, he looks younger than most kages, if not the youngest. He gave a short cough before rounding back towards Reinako, staring at her with his bright blue eyes.

 

"Hyuuga-san. Its good that you're the only one here. I need to warn you. Among the other Kages, I have an extensive network of information that I share only with Hyuuga-dono. I've come across a sinister plan to disrupt the Kage Summit by someone called the Deva, and his Council of Six. They're supposedly strong opponents, stronger than Kages themselves."

 

Shuuto drank another glass of water before continuing.

 

"I'm not saying this to scare you. No. I want you to be prepared. You may not be a ninja of my village, but you're an ally. I don't want any of you dying needlessly. If we ever come to fight them, promise me you'll do what I will say, to the letter, alright?" Shuuto said, grabbing the shoulders of Reinako, his blue eyes looking extremely serious.

Beast Path was blown away by Sen's attack, releaseing Shuuhei from his grips. He tumbled towards a nearby tree, hitting it with extreme amount of force that the tree literally exploded into pieces. Beast Path shook his head rigorously as he stood up, growling angrily towards Sen. He dug his feet on the ground, then in one single bound, like a wolf, he closed in the gap between Sen and him, aiming a punch towards her midsection. However, Shuuhei jumped in, angling Kaminari Ken towards Beast Path's fist, effectively injuring the opponent as his fist meets the charged blade of the katana.

 

"You! Grrrrr. You will pay for this." Beast Path said, clutching his bleeding fist.

 

"I don't think so." Shuuhei said, coughing a bit.

 

Beast Path charged in once again with his blinding speed, allowing Shuuhei very little time to react. With such an opponent, evading is not an option. The difference in speed was just too great. Instead, Shuuhei focused his attention to blocking, but somehow, Beast Path was becoming very crafty. He drew in Shuuhei's guard by faking a punch, before switching to a quick round house from the opposite direction, prompting the Akatsuki to change his guard immediately. But the roundhouse itself was a fake attack, as Beast Path lowered his kicking foot, and brought up his other foot, bypassing the guard, and hitting Shuuhei with a heel kick to the face, sending the akatsuki careening towards a tree.

 

"You underestimate me, Akatsuki. Grrrrr. I am the most powerful taijutsu user of the six. You cannot hope to match me one on one. Never. Grrrr." Beast Path said, leering at Shuuhei.

Sen looked at her hands looking at the bright red heated flesh, yet no pain was registering. She knew she couldn't have her Kekkei Genkai activated for much longer with out losing control and self destructing, but if she did all of the pain will come rushing back. I'll just have to brave through it. She thought right before hearing the Beast Path's remark about being the most powerful Taijutsu user out of the six.

 

Sen smirked and stepped into the Beast Path's line of sight, tilting her head while asking, "Well, then it'll only be natural for someone who is proficient in Taijutsu to go up against you, no?" While she spoke the white glow around her body dimmed, while the glow around her hands and feet increased. A sign that she was concentrating all of her chakra to her hands and feet. Without waiting for a reply she ran towards him, vanishing with every two steps and attacked him with a flourish of kicks and punches.

Reinako shook her head after Shuuto apologized for grabbing some water. "No trouble at all Hokage-sama." She was curious as to what brought on this visit so soon. That and why he was always drinking water, but she knew the ladder was none of her business. She waited quietly for him to start.

 

After Shuuto's explanation Reinako frowned not recognizing the name of the organization. "The Counsel...Of Six?" If they were indeed stronger than the Kages then she would have to be prepared for anything during both the travels and when they arrive at the Summit. "As for me being frightened you have not needed to worry. I knew there was a possibility of powerful opponents."

 

Reinako looked at Shuuto with a worried expression. "I am however worried about the possible fate of my student if he were to ever face one of them." She was silent for a while thinking about his last request. If it was a direct order then what choice would she have?

 

She sighed, "Alright, you have my word that I will follow your demands to the letter. I do have a few questions about the Counsel. If you know, what abilities do they have? Also, I assume you want me to keep this knowledge from Kaito-san. Seeing as you were relieved that I was here alone."

Shado then stands looking at the Human Path, stnading there without the raincoat aa large hole in his chest. "heh.. you believe that I'm Pushing myself at you repeatedly for nothing, Even if i can't kill you while you wear that mask I can rip you to pieces and force it off or would you rather trying to find which me is real?" he asks mocking. Shado then uses Lightning Release: Shado Clone jutsu making a total of 5 clones each huddling around him as he crouches making a genjutsu over himself to ppear not to be there s the others ran, one seemingly carrying another on of him on it's back as it ran towards the forest, the other four running toiwards the Human path, two going for Leg Lariats to him whilst the other two waited to see if he could counter. "If you believe I am unable to finish you you are mistaken" comes a voice from the clone who he used genjutsu tyo make seen to appear like he was carrying another as it continued to run, Shado's Chakra strained holding the two genjutsu at such length making him unable to move or lose one of them quickly.

ANBU_Leader: BTW, you do know you're a ninjutsu-based Kekkei Genkai user right? and that you're not an adept Genjutsu artist. Against the Council of Six, if you use ninjutsu, taijutsu, or genjutsu techniques when you don't specialize in them, they can easily defeat it. Your clones are okay, but if you're planning on continuing your genjutsu moves, its ineffective. Just reminding.. :)

Beast Path was unfazed by Sen's movements. He was like an animal eyeing a very fast prey. His eyes were moving in-synch with her movements, and was catching even the minute twitch of every muscle as she moves towards him. Out of the Six representations, Beast Path boasts the best taijutsu around, that even the Deva cannot hope to match. He simply gave Sen a wolfish smile as he blocks each and single punch-kick attacks she was doing.

 

"You're underestimating me. Grrr." Beast Path remarked.

 

From out of nowhere, Shuuhei reappeared once more, his left arm bleeding from the strike he received from Beast Path earlier. He has his sword drawn out, and is looking extremely angry. After seeing Sen go at the Beast Path, he knew had a small window of opportunity to land a hit, and he'd exploit it now. He planted his foot on the ground, and readied himself for a strike. When he saw Beast Path block the third kick from Sen, he kicked the ground, moving forward with relatively better speed than before, landing behind Beast Path, and doing a diagonal strike.

 

"You're the one who's underestimating us." Shuuuhei said angrily.

 

Beast Path felt the attack this time, as he was entirely focused on Sen. He immediately and simultaneously kicked Sen and Shuuhei away as he jumped up, flinching from a deep wound on his back. Shuuhei blocked the kick with his sword, but he was pushed back a few feet. This time, Beast Path was the one who's looking extremely angry.

 

"You're getting under my skin! GRRR." Beast Path said angrily as he aimed a kick towards Sen.

 

Shuuhei saw that Sen was using her Kekkei Genkai again. They both know they needed to end this guy now, or risk a lot. He gave Sen a hold-him-back-but-don't-be-reckless gaze as he did a set of hand seals.

 

"Lightning Release: Thunder Crash Technique." Shuuhei muttered under his breath, pointing his right index and middle finger towards the sky.

 

The sky immediately darkened and lightning flashed on the horizon. Thunder cackled heavily above them as the entire area is engulfed in a sky of thunderstorm. Shuuhei was indeed planning to end Beast Path, and it was an all or nothing gamble. Its either he kills Beast Path or his technique kills him. He hoped Sen can hold off Beast Path long enough.

 

Meanwhile, Human Path was still eyeing Shado with his scornful gaze. His hands and feet are both glowing darkly, and was now cackling with black energy. As the sky darkened, he quickly glanced towards Beast Path, and gave sigh. He knew that Beast Path would be okay fighting two akatsuki. He still doesn't get why the Akatsuki around them resists their inevitable fate.

 

"You really think you could get an upper hand by doing clones? They're made of chakra, and as such, I will rot them away!" Human Path exclaimed, moving to meet the two clones aiming for leg lariats.

 

As soon as they approached him, they started deteriorating at an alarming rate. Their body starts to fizz up and chakra seemed to leak out from their body, and dissolve into thin air. After a few moments, the 2 clones were gone as if they didn't existed. Human Path gave a short sigh of disappointment once again.

 

"If you want to finish me off, you'll have to do better than this." Human Path said in a disappointed tone. "Come attack me when you're done playing. Deva will be back soon with that traitor Zenosuke's head."

Uchiha Shuuto gave Reinako a calm gaze, then stared outside, towards the village. There was a hint of worry lining his eyes, and also a sign of hope. Somehow, Shuuto was anxious about something, but he's trying to hide it. He rounded towards Reinako once again.

 

"Thank you. I will appreciate it if you do that." Shuuto replied, then turned towards the windows once again, drinking water before he addressed the next question. "I, however, am sorry. I cannot provide you with the necessary answers to your questions. The intel I received was scarcely sufficient to prepare all Kages, but it will have to do. We have no idea what abilities they may have. All I can say is, we have to be careful. I'm pretty sure the other Kages will be doing the same." Shuuto said calmly, standing up.

 

"Thank you for your time, Hyuuga-san. I will be going now. Tomorrow, I'll have Kusabe-san bring you to my office before our departure. Did you two get along?" Uchiha Shuuto said as he made his way towards the door, giving Reinako a hearty, but brief smile.

Shado then jump into the air the clone running towards the forest continuing his path and aiming to go towards one of the Hidden Villages. "well, if you believe the clones are weak compared to you and will do nothing lets let that one running live shall we?". Daku then throws a Shuriken at the Back of the Mask as the two clones attempt a upwards Kick on the Human Path. "If that clone can make it to the Hidden Leaf, even though he won't be allowed in he may be able to get some ANBU to chase him, and allow me to turn this around by pure numbers, aslong as i keep the Human Path distracted". Shado then continues forward in his jump now Directly above the Human Path he falls fast, using Chidori to speed his fal as he is aimed directly at the mask.

The Beast Path was easily blocking all of her attacks, and it was pissing Sen the hell off. That and that stupid grin plastered on his face. Next thing she knew the Beast Path was attack by Shuuhei from behind, and a foot collided with her midsection forcefully pushing her back. Sen quickly dg her heals into the ground slowly sliding to a stop, before doubling over holding her stomach as she tried to call back the air that was knocked from her lungs.

 

She didn't feel any pain thanks to her Kekkei Genkai but she still felt extremely winded. Sen noticed the look Shuuhei gave her, but it just barely registered.

 

Sen growled lowly already fed up with Beast Path and was about to attack herself, but when she looked up all she saw was a kick aimed for her. A small yelp sounded from her as she sloppily managed to block but once again being knocked back, this time colliding with a tree.

 

Alright you Dog Brain! I've got something for you! Sen pushed her self up, and ran towards Beast Path and launched herself up in the air coming down with her fist pulled back. The split-second before she would've made contact, she vanished in a blur appearing in front of Beast Path in crouched position.

 

With only her hands on the ground she aimed two weak kicks, one to his face and the other to his stomach. She was expecting him to block them, but the trick was that both her feet were highly charged, the glow from her hands almost completely gone.

 

A wicked grin found her face, "Got you." A second later a large bolt of lightening descended onto both of them.

Reinako frowned at the mention of Kusabe's name and crossed her arms, almost resembling a child who didn't get there way. "We got along just fine....As well as two lion and one raw stake. The damn jerk..." She muttered under her breath, just as Kaito came bursting through he door breathing hard and covered head to toe with dirt.

 

His back was against the door as he tried to catch his breath. He looked up finally noticing the Hokage in the room. "O-old ma-I mean Hokage-sama." He chuckled nervously, and Reinako knew he must've done something to get himself in trouble.

Beast Path simply used one hand to block Sen's attack, thinking it was all he needed. He didn't expect lightning to cascade down to his position. It was this that somehow made an impact to him, his body sizzling with an extreme amount of smoke. He quickly pushed Sen away, and jumped backwards, looking rather disoriented. As a taijutsu user, Beast Path has limited, if none at all, abilities in ninjutsu. He gazed upwards and saw that thunder was flashing on the skies, lightning arcing every now and then to nearby clouds.

 

"I've had just about enough of your meddling, girl. GRRR!" Beast Path said in a fierce voice, doing several hand seals, taking blood from the wound on his back.

 

"Summoning Guardian of the Eastern Gate!" Beast Path shouted, spreading his blood-smeared thumb on the ground in front of him.

 

A massive cloud of smoke poof in the area in front of Beast Path, subsiding quickly to reveal a humanoid blue dragon wearing a bandages around its body. Its body is the same size as Beast Path, muscular and tough looking. It stretched out its arms and vented out a steam of smoke from its nose.

 

"What do you want, Beast Path?" the dragon spoke out in a deep, low growl.

 

"Seiryu, get that shrimp. I'll give you your necessary sacrifices later. Grrr." Beast Path growled.

 

"Make it double later." Seiryu replied, facing Sen. "You're in for a world of hurt, kid."

 

Seiryu disappeared in a blur, reappearing behind Sen. He flexed his arm, and formed a fist, punching it down to the ground beside Sen with extreme force. The ground exploded into a thousand of broken pieces. It was clear that Seiryu intended on missing that shot to show how powerful he was. He gave Sen a strict look, as if daring her to attack him.

 

Shuuhei, on the other hand, was already gathering the thunder towards his blade. He was supercharging his Kaminari Ken with enough thunder to end Beast Path in one move. However, the Beast Path got wind of what he's doing. His feral instincts somehow told him to stop Shuuhei, and with his blinding speed, he once again reappeared in front of Shuuhei, landing a massive knee on the akatsuki's midsection, sending him flying a few meters away.

 

"I will deal with you later. Your friend dies first. Grrrr." Beast Path said, grabbing Shuuhei's head, and forcing him to watch Seiryu and Sen fight.

 

Meanwhile, Human Path simply tapped away the attack made by a Shado clone in front of him, causing the clone to dissipate once again. The shuriken simply bounced off the sphinx mask's metal frame, prompting Human Path to turn towards Daku. He gave him a sigh, and made his way towards the akatsuki when he saw Shado come at him from above. It was too late for him to dodge, but he wasn't intending to dodge. Instead, he sent the dark glow from his arms towards his mask.

 

As the chidori connects, the dark glow rotted away the chakra around Shado's hand used to hit with the chidori. Human Path then grabbed his wrist, pulling Shado down and performing a reverse heel kick towards his body. Human Path was looking deceptively weaker. What was he thinking? He didn't have the same aura as he had earlier, as if its a completely different person fighting. Its either he's gotten weak or he was faking it to lure Shado and Daku in. He stood there, waiting for Shado and/or Daku to move, not talking at all.

Uchiha Shuuto gave Kaito a slight nod and then stared at Reinako. He heard of the words she was muttering but still gave her a smile. He knew Kusabe was one of the more unfriendly people in Konohagakure, but he's also one of the best, as proven by his rank, being the Root ANBU Leader. He would've wanted for him to get along with other people, that's why he assigned him to Reinako and Kaito, but as usual, it seems he has botched this one up.

 

"Hyuuga-san, I sure hope you and Kusabe-san gets along. Either way, have a pleasant evening. We'll be leaving first thing tomorrow morning." Shuuto said, smiling once again before closing the door gently behind him.

Shado hits the ground after then kick then standing looking at the Human Path, "heh.. seems like we have a little standstill, since you're not following up your attack, you could have probably finished me easily there..". Shado then jumps back slightly before throwing a Shuriken at the hole in the Human Path's Chest, Daku doing the same. Daku then runs over to the treeline and starts throwing multiple shuriken and kunai at the Human path as Shado stands their charging up ready to send himself to full speed. The clone of Shado jumps through the trees, moving at a very proficient speed and already having hit the halfway point before he slows down slightly. "I've got to hope they send ANBU after the clone now" Shado thinkis as the clones starts jumping through the trees again arrinving within line of sight from the Konohagakure Gate before he jumps down from a tree then walking slowly, his energy starting to weaken quickly as the clone finishes using the technique.

The Chuunin merely offered a wide grin and shrugged it off like it was nothing. "Nothing happened Reinak-sempai! Now Im’a just go and take a shower, then catch some Z's." He said walking towards the joined room doors then paused before going inside. "But if someone comes looking for me...I'm not here."

 

Reinako didn't reply and sighed tiredly, before thinking about Kusabe. It wouldn't be good if there was distrust in the party, and they both seriously had some problems. Well he started it.... She thought pouting childishly. The ANBU sighed dolefully.

 

"I wonder...If he likes tea..." She muttered before leaving the room and looked around to see if she could find him, and invite him for some tea.

The female Akatsuki member landed on her feet after being pushed away by an angry Beast Path. However, that wasn't her priority at that split moment. Her Kekkei Genkai was rapidly slipping out of her control, and with no other choice she deactivated it, instantly falling to her knees at all of the pain that shot through her body.

 

Even if she saw the new monster the Beast Path had summoned she wouldn't have been able to dodge it anyway. So when Seiryu hit the ground beside her, the impact caused her to go flying back a few meters, skidding to a stop on her back.

 

She screamed in pain, not from the attack but from the damage done by both the bolts of lightening and her Kekkei Genkai, and she stayed writhing on the ground for a few minutes. Finally she slowly pushed herself up into a sitting position.

 

With out her Kekkei Genkai activated she couldn't use any of her lightening attacks or jutsus, so she was only left with Taijutsu. That meant actually getting close to the summoned beast. Her best bet would be to get lucky and get zapped by a bolt of lightening for a quick charge to use her jutsus. However, her entire body was fried smoke sizzling from her whole form.

 

Zenousuke once explained that Sen just wasn't accustomed to handle so much heat and power all at once. Her Kekkei Genkai wasn't given to her at birth and was the result of the desires of foolish men to make an artificial one to rival the natural ones. It just so happened that Sen was the unfortunate guinea pig.

 

Sen stood on shaky feet. Every movement she made brought her pain. Every twitch, every blink, and every breath was literally torture for her. She would've rather gotten punished by Zenousuke a hundred times before this. Bu still she got into a pathetic stance, and tried to focus on figure out with one of the three Seiryu's in her sight was the real one.

ANBU_Leader: Uh, I doubt your clone can get to Konohagakure in a short amount of time from the Akatsuki Hideout.. We're in the middle of nowhere, rather far from any hidden villages.. :|

Human Path stared around him, looking for any signs of Deva, before digging his hand below the ground, and pulling out a black figure. As he turned his wrist, the figure was revealed to be another Sphinx Wearing figure, another Human Path, but it was clutching within its arms Shado's clones that went to get help. As soon as the other Human Path released the clones, he disappeared, leaving the real Human Path behind, kicking the clones with a glowing foot. The clones instantly dissipated, rotting away from the attack. The shurikens and kunai bounced harmlessly off of Human Path's body, prompting him to turn towards Shado and Daku.

 

"This has gone too far. I will---" Human path said but he stopped, or rather he cut himself off. He gave a few coughs, and from the mouth of his Sphinx Mask, blood was gushing out.

 

His hand was immediately covered in a mouthful of blood. He immediately sunk to his knees, taking off his Sphinx Mask to reveal what looked like a blonde ninja with red eyes, and a cross scar on the forehead. He was coughing heavily, with blood gushing out of his mouth. It was getting worse, with Human Path's body quivering rather violently.

 

"No... This... cannot... be! Expiration... why..." Human Path said in between his coughing. He was already phasing out of existence, his body blurring in and out of existence.

 

After a few moments, Human Path spewed out a bucket load of blood in front of him, engulfing a small portion of the floor with red blood. It was then that he also collapsed, unconscious on the ground. His body was now ethereal, intangible, and seemed more like a ghost than human.

 

Beast Path happened a glance towards Human Path then shook his head. There was a look of worry across his face. But it wasn't for the destroyed comrade. It was more from the term 'Expiration'. He lifted Shuuhei effortlessly, and gave him a short stare, before looking towards Seiryu. Seiryu met his eyes and gave a short nod, as if something was happening. Deva was still nowhere to be seen, which was troublesome.

 

"Where is Deva? Human Path has met Expiration already. Grrrr. Its only a matter of time. He should be finished with that traitor. Grrr." Beast Path remarked.

 

Meanwhile, Seiryu was eyeing Sen, as if a predator toying with its prey's remaining life. He didn't seem to mind Human Path's apparent destruction, but when Beast Path met his eyes, he knew it was only a matter of time.

 

"The bond is nearly broken. We must finish this now." Seiryu remarked, forming a fist.

 

He charged towards Sen, and landed another punch on the ground beside her. The attack was meant to miss her again, deliberately. Seiryu has a hidden agenda, deliberately missing on hitting Sen. If he wanted to, he could've aimed for her critical areas, but no. He simply used his fist to bust the ground beside her, letting the shockwave do all the damage.

 

"Seiryu, what's wrong? Grrrr. You're supposed to kill her." Beast Path complained, but Seiryu simple continued to pound the ground adjacent to Sen, completely missing her entirely.

Uchiha Shuuto was staring at the night skies. He was pondering about the upcoming Kage Summit. There was something about the summit that made him feel uneasy. Something about the letter Hyuuga Soujiro sent earlier was troubling him. He unfolded the scroll once again, reading intently on the first few paragraphs. His eyes widened again when he read through the letter containing information about an attack from the Council of Six.

 

"You're reading that again, Hokage-sama." Kusabe said, appearing from behind Shuuto, kneeling down.

 

"Kusabe-san. This," Shuuto rolled the scroll once again, "Is what I'm worried about. The Council of Six. They're not like the Akatsuki. In terms of power and sheer craftiness, the Council boasts a lot more than them. I didn't let Reinako-san know about it earlier, for fear that she might become too concerned about their strength. The last thing I need is for them to be out of focus. This summit might have more to it than it meets the eye."

 

Shuuto looked extremely concerned regarding the up coming summit. The peace he and Hyuuga Soujiro worked for was already fragile enough. If the kages were eliminated at the summit, then they would've worked for naught. The other kages were also being hard-headed. Thrice has he and the Kazekage appealed for the summit to be postponed, and thrice has the other kages refused, saying they were paranoid. Therefore, the summit will continue, regardless.

 

"Kusabe, I want you to be gentle on those two below. They're not assassins. We need our allies now more than ever." Shuuto remarked, staring at Kusabe.

 

"It remains to be seen, Hokage-sama. They will gain my trust in due time. For now, shall I keep an eye on them?" Kusabe said in a stern voice.

 

"Keep an eye on them? No. Socialize with them? Yes. Go down there and talk with her like a normal person. And don't give me buts. This is an order." Shuuto remarked before going inside once again.

 

Kusabe shook his head rather annoyingly. It was the hokage's order, so he cannot obey. As Root, he was bound by the duty to serve the Hokage, and by extension, follow the orders they were given to the letter. He immediately arrived outside the room of Reinako and Kaito, and unwittingly knocked on the door, something he doesn't do too often unless its the hokage on the other side of the door.

 

"Open up. We need to talk, by order of hokage-sama." Kusabe said in a formal, and stern voice.

Reinako was walking back to her room not having any luck in finding Kusabe. However she was surprised to find him at her room door, requesting to speak by the Hokage's orders. Reinako rolled her eyes. "Really, you had to be ordered to come speak to me? Man you must really not like me." She smiled widely a whole different personality now being shown. Since the mission didn't start until tomorrow there wasn't any ned to be all serious, and this guy looked like he needed to let up once and a while.

 

"So, you wanna talk in the room or do you wanna have a walk. I personally would enjoy the walk, but you need to be comfortable cause I wouldn't want you to be even crankier than you already are." Reinako said trying not to laugh.

Sen still could focus her eye sight so when Seiryu attacked her she saw three, and she didn't know which way to go. Taking a guess she jumped to the right, and apparently it was the right way because she didn't collide into him. She was pushed back further than she intended due to the shock wave of his attack.

 

He kept attaking the ground next to her, and she didn't know what he was trying to do. All she knew was that she wanted to collaap right then and there. After Seiryu's last attack she quickly regained her balance and used her remaining strength to run towards him, and do a spinning back kick. She didn't wait to see if it even did anything, and quickly jumped away putting as much distance between the two as she could. She looked up towards the sky, trying to determin when the next bolt of lightening will descend. She needed to get hit, so she could absorb the lightening. She may have enough to re-activate her Kekkei Genkai again. Hopefully....
