GeroKeymaster
OCG fixes: All-Seeing Eye--"FLIP: Look at the top 5 cards of your Opponent's Deck, and activate one of the following effects:*If there are 3 or more Monster cards, inflict 500 damage to your Opponent's Life Points.*If there are 3 or more Trap cards, you can pay 400 Life Points to select 1 and send it to the Graveyard.*If there are 3 or more Spell cards, this card is destroyed.Return the cards to the bottom of your Opponent's Deck (the Deck is not shuffled). Manic--"This card can only be Summoned if there is at least 1 face-up Monster card on your side of the field that includes "Rise of the Machines" in its card name. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position. When this face-down Defense Position card is attacked, and the ATK of the attacking monster is lower than the DEF of this card, destroy the attacking monster without applying Battle Damage. Your opponent then draws 1 card." Weapon Kid--"Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position. When this card is Flip Summoned successfully, destroy 1 Monster on your opponents side of the field with an ATK of 1500 or less. If a monster destroyed by this effect was LVL 4 or above you may Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Rise of the Machines" monster [from your deck/hand/deck or hand?] in face-up Attack Position. If there is no target card on your Opponent's field when this card is Flip Summoned, destoy this card." They seem okay, overall. Might be a little under powered, but that's just my opinion. Good luck with the rest of the set! 7/
T3RA PROWL3R
A little off Gero. First card looks like a Mummy Hand.FLIP: Look at the top 5 cards of your opponent's Deck and activate one of the following effects: -3 Monster Cards: Inflict 500 damage to your opponent. -3 Spell Cards: Destroy this card. -3 Trap Cards: You can pay 400 Life Points to send one drawn card to the Graveyard. Return the drawn cards to the bottom of your opponent's Deck. This card can only be Summoned while there is at least 1 Monster Card that includes "Rise of the Machines:" in its card name face-up on your side of the field. You can Flip this card into face-down Defense Position once per turn during your Main Phase. When the ATK of a monster on your opponent's side of the field that attacks this card in face-down Defense Position is lower than the DEF of this card, the attacking monster is destroyed. When this card is Flip Summoned, your opponent draws 1 card. You can flip this card into face-down Defense Position once per turn during your Main Phase. When this card is Flip Summoned successfully, destroy 1 Monster on your opponents side of the field with an ATK of 1500 or less. If a Level 4 or more monster was destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or less Monster Card in your Deck with "Rise of the Machines:" in its card name in face-up Attack Position. If no monsters were destroyed, send this card to the Graveyard. The first card seems a little UP'd.The second card seems perfectly fine to me.The third card seems pretty balanced. GeroKeymaster
I was using the lore for Stealth Bird to help with the flip up/down part, so I messed it up a bit. I should have used something like Moai Interceptor Cannons to get the correct lore. Though we were both off on Weapon Kid. I knew "or more" was wrong from the start, but my change to "or above" was also wrong. It should be "or higher". The other part should stay "or lower", though. And I think on the second card, they were trying to say the opponent draws a card when the effect that destroys a monster is activated, not when it's flipped; at least that's what I got out of that one. The first card should also say either "at least" or "or more" on it as well--the effect is for if there are at least that many among the five, not exactly that many... T3RA PROWL3R
Well, then he would have to say "when this card's effect is activated". Otherwise, they wouldn't know when to draw a card.
GeroKeymaster
I think it's supposed to happen when the destruction effect activates...they put it after that and not after the flip part, but who knows. We'll have to wait for Exell to come back on and explain it, I guess...
