Starlight Dragon + Speed Spell - Power Draining Aura

I had an idea for an Accel Synchro monster using two of my favourite cards, but it was hard since both were level 8 so i made a spell card too to go with it. (P.S I know the picture is Bahamut but it was the only one that seemed good enough for it)

1 Synchro Tuner + "Stardust Dragon" + Light End Dragon"

This card can only be Synchro Summoned during the same turn you activate "Speed Spell - Power Draining Aura". You can pay half of your lifepoints to have this card attack your opponent dirrectly. You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, and destroy all cards your opponent controls, then special summon it during your next Standby Phase.

Activate by removing 4 Speed Counters. Select any number of Monsters on the field. Half the Level, ATK and DEF of the selected monsters until the end phase.

Synchro Tuners are needed to summon Accel Synchro monsters, Watch episode 109 and you'll see. And no, Power Draining Aura only effects monsters on the feild.

It should, so you can summons Up to level 8 monster without tributing and Level 10 monsters with only 1 tribute.

(That just gave me an idea for a Spell :D)

First, let me say this is as OPed as hell.

You know Majestic Star Dragon does EXACTLY the same effect as this, so it's not that creative, but compared to this, MSD looks balanced. :/

 

Well, I can see this combo:

Kinka Byo summons Dark Tinker from Grave, Synch into a Level 2 Synchro Tuner.

Flamvell Firedog attacks monster, gets out Magician, Synch for Stardust and then Rekindling for Light End Dragon?

After that, Synchro for Starlight Dragon and it's game over.

there only lv.2 and 5 Synchro Tuners in the anime, so you have to create your lv. 4 synchro tuner yourselfe because his level would be halfed.

But the spell says select any number of monsters on the feild. So if you were to have Rally Synchron, Stardust Dragon and Light End Dragon on the feild, you could activate power draining aura and use it's effect on stardus and light end to half their levels to 4. Rally Synchron is already a level 2 synchro tuner so tuning that with the now level 4 stardust and level 4 light end would add up to 10 and my Starlight Dragon is a level 10.
