The rules of the Rebirth archtype are:

 

•When a Rebirth monster is Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or Flip Summoned, it's sent to the Graveyard. When you do that, you can then Rebirth Summon it. When you Rebirth Summon a Rebirth Monster, it gets an effect.

 

When this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned, send it to the Graveyard. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by it's own effect, you can Rebirth Summon it to have it treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

•when a monster is Rebirth Summnoed to your side of the Field, you can Tribute this card and pay Life Points until you only have 500 remaining to Rebirth Summon any number of Rebirth monster(s) in your Gravyard and have them treated as Effect Monster(s) with their appropriate effect(s).
