Guest War Torn
Too general of an effect. I've seen real cards with similar effects. A level 1 tuner, I don't think people would use that unless they had a low level Synchro monster in mind. 2/
Lord JZ of the Enigma
Level tuners have become slightly more popular, but of course what people would really care about is the effect more then not. It may be to powerful seeing as you can pretty much choose your hand, it should have a cost, even if it is a small one. In overall, I like it, no matter what I say, I just like Mermaid cards in general.
~Oleon~
Do I see a Monster Version of Magical Mallet which discards them instead of filling?Wow. Take away the 'Once per turn' so then when they summon it they can FTK with Exodia. :D
Morgan LeFlay
Yeah I sort of agree, having that kind of an effect once per turn should kind of have a cost with it, even though it does have 0 ATK and DEF.
Lord JZ of the Enigma
well of course I do think it would be good in Umi decks since they are based on Hand advantage, thus why I believed it is a good card, and even 0 Attack monsters get some defenses right? though she's probably a 1 use card, but with an effect like that, it's not half bad for that 1 turn
