Yugioh: The Dynon Tournament Chapter 1

[/i]It has been 3 months after the 2nd season of yugioh gx, somewhere in california. A young man named Adam vespar who has recently graduated from duel academy, who was in the top of his class, just recently quit the pro league. The reason, no one knows. It has been 2 years ever since he quit the pro league, but his pro dueling days might have ended but his tournament days are about to begin.

 

CHAPTER 1- THE DYNON TOURNAMENT

 

It was summer in california, it seemed like a normal day for Adam and then his phone rang.

Adam: this adam here

Mysterios voice: excuse me sir, but we have heard you were a pretty good duelist and we would like you to enter a tournament.

Adam: I keep telling you people, my pro league days are over, what dont you get

Mysterious voice: We are willing to pay you

Adam: How much

Mysterious voice: Enough to get you through your debt

Adam: How do you know about that

Mysterious Voice: I know alot of things, so are you in

Adam: Fine, when does this tournament start

Mysterious Voice: Go to the abanoned airport, tommorow morning

Adam: Should i look for someone

Mysterious voice: Yes, his name will be Jack

Adam: ok

The next morning at the abanoned airport.

Adam: Hello is anyone here

Jack: Yes i am the here

Adam : Ok, so where is the plane

Jack: Oh, no no no no

Adam: What are you talking about

Jack: See master sent me to test you, he want me to duel you

Adam: Well ok

Jack: If you somehow manage to beat me in a duel, i will take you to the tournament

Adam: and if i lose

Jack: Then master gets your soul

Adam: What... you know what i do not have time for your games, so how bout we duel already

Jack and Adam: DUEL

Jack/ 4000

Adam/4000

Jack: I will go first, draw, ha ha, i already have a strategy to destroy you and your soul, i summon my Luster Dragon (ATK/1900 DEF/1600), and then i place one card face down, your demise is so close.

Adam:Oh yeah, i draw and summon my Armed dragon LV 3(ATK/1200 DEF/900), and then i play one card face down and i end my turn.

Jack: I draw, and activate my pot of greed spell card and now i am allowed to draw 2 extra cards. Now watch as i take down your life points, but first i activate my Mystical Space Typhoon, to destroy your face down card.

Adam: No, he destroyed my draining shield

Jack: Now I summon my Snipe Hunter (ATK/1500 DEF/600), by discarding 1 card from my hand, i roll a dice, if the result is something other than a 1 or 6 say goodbye to the card i select. I select your Armed Dragon LV 3, I will discard my card to the graveyard, Now go dice roll, ah ha, it is a 2. Now Luster Dragon and my Snipe Hunter attack his life points directly.

 

(Adam/4000-1900=2100)

(Adam/1900-1500=400)

Jack: Now in just one more turn i will take your soul for my master.

Adam: Yeah, but now it is my turn, draw, Oh yeah, now i got ya, watch and learn, I play 2 face down cards and activate Emergency Provisions, now by sacrifising my 2 face down cards i gain 2000 life points.

 

Adam/2400

Jack/4000

 

Adam: Now I summon on out my X-head cannon(ATK/1800 DEF/1500) and throw down a face down card and i end my turn.

Jack: Hmp, your determination amuses me, but it is to bad, this duel has to end, i discard my Luster Dragon 2 to the graveyard, and now go dice roll, what a 6, no, but i still activate my call of the haunted, this allows me to revive my Luster Dragon 2(ATK/2400 DEF/1900). Now it is over, Luster Dragon 2 attck and end this duel.

Adam:Not so fast, i activate a trap card known as Negate attack, Now all your attacks are negated for the rest of this turn.

Jack: Oh well, i end my turn.

Adam: Draw, cool, i activate the equip spell Megamorph, doubling my monsters ATK points,so long as you have more life points than me, so now my X-Head cannon has 3600 ATK, now X-Head cannon attack his Luster Dragon 2.

Jack:Ahhhhhh

Jack(4000-1200=2800)

 

Adam/2400

Jack/2800

 

Jack: Alright my turn, draw, well I switch my Luster Dragon into defence mode(DEF/1600) along with my Snipe Hunter(DEF/600), and i will set a monster in face down defense position and end my turn.

Adam: Draw, I play one card face down and end my turn.

Jack: Is that all you got, ha i draw, and now, i tribute my 3 monsters to summon my Gilford The Lightning(ATK/2800 DEF/1400), when my monster is summoned with 3 tributes he destroys all monsters on your side of the field, so know attack his life points directly, so i can take his soul,

Adam: I will activate a trap card mirror force, so now your monster is destroyed.

Jack: What, no, this cant be

Adam: Now it is my turn, draw, sweet i play, premature burial, and i pay 800 life points to return, my X-Head Cannon into play and now i play the equip spell, Axe Of Despair, now my Cannon has 2800 ATK, now attack his life points directly and end this duel.

Jack:noooo

 

Jack/0

Adam/1600

 

Adam:Well thats game, you did a good job, but not good enough to beat me

Jack:Well done, now to get you to the tournament.

A knock out gas suddenly appears out of no where

 

13 HOURS LATER

 

Adam wakes up in a volcanoe with 15 other people.

 

Master:Welcome all, to the Dynon Volcanoe

This isn't too bad. There seems to be a good plot. But how come Adam didn't attack Jack when he had a chance too? Like he could have destroyed Jack's Snipe Hunter with X-Head Cannon. Also, if they wanted him to enter the tournament, why would they force him to duel in order to enter if he was already invited? 7.5/10, but write more please.
