Here is my pikachu goku card

Hard to read the text, but I'll try and fix the OCG for you:

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 1 "Pikachu", 1 "Goku", and 1 Thunder or Warrior-Type monster. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. This card inflicts Piercing Damage to your opponent.

 

[YCM acknowledges Piercing Damage as opposed to that longwinded version that means the same thing - as it was printed on 'Cyberdark Horn"]

 

The image is quite blurry. Is there a way that you can get it to look a bit clearer?

 

Well, this thing is Honest-able. That makes it a heavy hitter already - especially since it has 3500 ATK and can attack ALL their monsters. Of course, the highly specific summoning conditions can justify this kind of effect. (Would be nice if you include your versions of "Pikachu" and "Goku", though) At least we can't use Trade-In on this thing - since it's a Level 9 monster. Personally, it might be a bit overpowered to allow it to easily come back if it was Special Summoned by its own effect. How the OCG is worded, you can use Monster Reborn to bring it back. Not sure if that was intentional or not.

 

As is, I'd give this card about a 7/10. It's not bad, but it could use some touching up. Keep up the good work. 8)
