Rosuke Posted May 17, 2010 Report Share Posted May 17, 2010 Elite war Machine has no effect ..... that is bored in a Synchro and Tech Drone is Overpowered for a lvl 3 monster increase it level to 4 and Decrease his Attack if he can Summon 2 Tokens with 900 Atk Points. Limited Edition KING Posted May 17, 2010 Report Share Posted May 17, 2010 Teddy Bear Magician is more playable then these cards. And it's a Level 1 Normal Monster. Not all Synchro Monsters need to have an effect so its good to see one that doesn't have an effect around here. The Spell Card should be an equip Spell Card not a normal spell card.
