thre name is made from civilian (or warrior) combined with dragons. then set aims on adding dragonian monsters rom your deck or graveard to your hand and also minor field swarming. Alot more to be added later but heres the first 3, opinions? (the "0" is stars)

If the Tuner Monster of this card was a Dragon-Type "Dragonian" monster, it gains the following effect: When this card is Summoned switch all monsters your opponent controls to face-up Defence Position, flip effects are not activated at this time. By returning 1 "Dragonian" monster you control to your Deck, return the monster your opponent controls with the highest DEF to the top of your opponent's Deck.

If this card's Tuner Monster was a Warrior-Type "Dragonian" monster, Switch all monsters your opponent controls to Attack Position, flip effects are not activated at this time, by returning 1 "Dragonian" monster you control to your hand destroy 1 monster your opponent controls with the highest ATK. Once per turn, you can return 1 "Dragonian" monster you control to your hand to add 1 Level 4 or Lower "Dragonian" monster from your Deck to your hand.

When a monster your opponent controls inflicts battle damage to your Life Points, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card was Special Summoned in this way, it gains ATK equal half of the battle damage you took when it was Special Summoned until your next End Phase. Once per turn you can Tribute 1 "Dragonian" monster you control to destroy up to 1 card your opponent controls and add 1 Level 4 or Lower "Dragonian" monster from your Deck to your hand. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard you can add 1 monster with "Dragonian" in its name to your hand from your Deck. If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a "Dragonian" monster, Special Summon 1 Level 4 "Dragonian" monster from your Graveytard, the Summoned monster cannot attack this turn.
