I don't know if this is right, but shouldn't the OCG be:

I love this card. It's like DSF, but it's balanced, because it nukes your field at the same time. I also like the picture chosen, it's very fitting. I don't see any OCG errors, but I think you could've been more creative with the card name. Perhaps something like Lava Plume Dragon or something along those lines? Regardless, this is a fun card. It gives BURN a boss monster so to speak. Great job.

Exactly. You can choose to activate it's first effect and blow everything up, or regular summon it you get to use it's effect ^_^ it's a choice
