Oh and, because Yondaime already made you one, I only know that you like gundam, So making a gundam sig wouldnt make sense, seeing as though Yondaime would prolly be better. See how that works out? BUT if you insist. ;]

Remove the front part on the handle area, deepen the clock signs then;

New Layer > Image Apply Image > Overlay: 64% > New Image > Apply Image > Image: Brightness/Contrast: +17/+8 > Normal: 94%

 

It'll stand out, keep the contrast as needed around the focal and add some much needed appeal. And yes, I did this by copying your image and double checking everything. Gift wise, it looks like a dull eraser. Im sure he'll love it.

 

Edit: I was playing with the top layer (the one @ 94% Opac). And you could improve it A LOT more.

 

Blur Tool: 45px: Normal: Strength 45; Blur everything green and the bottom most clock thing. Some along the Bottom Left for a smidge of help and right along his head to the left. Then use the Sponge Tool on 100px:Desaturate: Flow 30%. Mark all along the clouds to the right and again, above his head to the left.

 

I got no idea why I'm being nice this time xD.
