I don't know why, but when I saw this image, the name for this card came into my head. Anyway, see if you can find anything relating its name to parts of its effect. Can you tell me why I think it's ironic? Enjoy!

At first I was going to comment on how it seemed a bit OP in its effect, but the requirements balance it out to such an extent that it almost seems UP. A working deck that fits in Machine/Tuners and Dinosaurs? That's quite the rarity. A specific card for a very specific deck.

 

8/10, everything's great except for the difficulty to use under normal circumstances.

I made it have weird requirements, the robotic tyranno pic explains that. Anyway, yeah, the Deck is quite rare, but I'll change requirements if need be.

The card is good (10/10) but i always seem to find cards OPed, and this is one of them. Is it just me?

Yeah, the requirements are a bit stringent, but Dinos need love, too. Nice effect, nice pic, nice job. 9/10
