El-Rrey Posted May 19, 2010 Report Share Posted May 19, 2010 Hi guys, title says it all:- make a round 40-card deck;- can be either TCG or OCG;- must revolve around Herald or Perfection (know in OCG as Perfect Declarer);- up to 2 decks per people ( i'll test both and take the best version, only the taken version will be judged )!!
