It's Good but how will you call it if you cannot Summon it?I mean it is unstoppable while on the field but how will it get to the field?

Actually he is right the only way to destroy this card is to destroy it while it is face down otherwise it is Overpowered.

Yes that is what i meant but i am sure that by leaving any one of these effects out it wouldn't be overpowered i mean just take out the "You take no Battle Damage from battles with this card" effect and it wouldn't be overpowered.

Yes but you are forgetting all the monsters that inflict Piercing Damage those could screw it up so much.

I think you just make it as an excuse to have a OP card.. well it didn't work.

.....do you know that essence used only once in yu-gi-oh cards in "Niwatori" card lore..just sayin..

you took a part of that 2 monsters effect and add the effects that make it go to face-dawn.. well that makes it OP.. maybe if you take another part from "Vennominaga" effect instead of the one you have it will be balanceed.

to balance it, you could add "Your opponent's monsters cannot select this card as attack target", so that your opponent can bypass this card to attack you directly

It is an actual option. There is a difference between "Your opponent cannot select this card as attack target" and "Your opponent's monsters cannot select this card as attack target"

Check out the ruling for The Legendary Fisherman. It's kind of trivial, but that's how it is >"<
