During the turn that this card is successfully Summoned, pick up the top card on your Deck and don't look at it. Place the card drawn by this effect face-down in your Monster Zone, whether it is a Spell or Trap Card. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the face-down card cannot be sent from the field to the Graveyard by any effect or result of battle. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, flip the card face-up without activating it's effect. If the card is a Monster Card, inflict Battle Damage to your opponent equal to half of the total sum of its ATK and DEF. If the card is a Spell or Trap Card, inflict Battle Damage to your opponent equal to the number of Spell/Trap Cards on your side of the field x450.

Not a fan of the pic but I do like the idea of the effect. Its a little powerfull but I think it could work. For some reason I think you should make this an Infernity monster....IDK why.

 

Anyway. You need to add what happens to the card that was put down after it is flipped. Does it stay there if its a monster? Or does it go to the grave? If I were you I would do this..

 

"When this card is Normal Summoned remove from play the top card of your deck from play and place it face-down. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard reveal the card removed from play by this cards effect and apply the appropriate effect.

-Monster: Special Summon the monster to your side of the field and inflict damage equal to the ATK of that card to your opponent's Lifepoints.

-Spell: Add the card to your hand and draw 1 card.

-Trap: Treat this card as an equip card and equip it to one of your opponent's monsters. While this card is face-up on the field you gain control of the equiped monster."

 

IDK just a thought. My OCG is prolly horrible. I'm kinda just blabbering.

i thought i did add to the effect about what happens to the card when it is flipped, it should be the last sentence or the second-to-last sentence. Your OCG fix seems good, but not for this card, for me anyways. I wanted this card to inflict damage depending on what the card is, that's why it has "cannon" in its name. I do appreciate the comment
