That said, add a comma after battle, and it's perfect. Not op'd, realistic effect, quite good!

Sorry your OCG is not flawless for the sole fact that you are missing half of the Dark Synchro Lore that is necessary and many other errors, Lore should read the following way:

1 non-Tuner monster - 1 Dark Tuner monster

In order to Special Summon this card, subtract the Level of a Dark Tuner monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control; the value must equal the Level of this card.

This card can only be removed from the field except by battle involving a LIGHT monster. When this card is removed from the field by battle, you can pay 1750 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Shadow Dragon" from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position, during your End Phase.

This card is a tad UP'ed if it wasn't for such a tremendous Life Point Cost this card would be tremendously OP'ed

Ammm, yes that part it's important at last to me. Starts are in wrong place (I mean they are too much to the left side), card's name is colored wich shouldn't be, also attribute looks pixelated. OCG errors:

 

face-up ATK Position at your End Phase. = face-up Attack Position during your End Phase.

 

this isn't too great for a Dark Synchro IMO, it's kinda UP'ed and useless.
