different size, better text, better render, better color effects, needs depth, needs lightening effects, needs to have some shitty rainbow effects removed....basically this sig could be made better on paint.

lacks depth flow lighting all the basics really.

its mono and the text is bad.

the render is lq and your effects are messy.

My comments:

Overall fair for a first sig, least it's not reddish, badly cut, and has weird colors like my first sig. Well, second thought on the weird colors, take out the rainbow and stick with colors that are similar to your renders, in this case, Pikachu is yellow and black. On the other hand, doing that could be considered monotone, but sometimes it isn't all that bad if your a beginner.

 

Just let your creative side of the brain go free, you'll have some fun, and stuff, and keep working to get better.

 

Have fun in the terrible, terrible, criticizing word of GFX. :D

Finally someone takes into account that this is my first! I made 2 more and here's the latest:

 

 

I toned down on a few things, but I messed with the original pic. It looks good IMO.

 

And it says Radiance again =P I can't think of anything else to type XD

well, if you want a fair, not-horrible-criticizing-you-criticizm (lol) Than: Search google and deviantart for signature (tag) Tutorials, and find the style that bests fits you, than use it, you banner: Low quality (always save as .png) A better render this time, but bad recolor, bad text, bad size, and bad colors yet again, also, if you have cut circles, make a border (usually 1px black pencil line around the sides and corners of ur sig) So it doesn't look like ur tag cuts off.

hehehe, newbies =3 I though my first sigs where awesome too....until i saw some others...then i went to cry in my pillow...bcuz i sucked xD but no, i really did...i still sometimes do...rainbows make me cry :(

When you make a tag, picture it in your mind. Think of all the elements. Your focal point (what draws the eye) should never be dead centered and there should only be one. Flow (the way your eye moves with the tag) should be in one direction or move in a fluid motion. Don't worry too much about depth and lighting yet as you are simply starting.
