LourDeath
The concept is:the opponent selects 2 numbers from 1 to 6 whenever he activates a card effect. If the result is not one of the selected numbers, the opponent can't go on with the effect.
Saturn of Elemia
Lemme see if I can help out a bit: When your opponent activates a card effect, they choose two numbers between 1 and 6, then roll a six-sided die. If the result is neither of the selected numbers, negate the activation and effect of the opponent's card effect, and destroy it. That's the best I can come up with. Probably not 100%. Morgan LeFlay
When your opponent activates a card effect, your opponent declares two numbers between 1 and 6. Roll 1 six-sided die. If the number rolled is neither of the two declared numbers, the effect is negated. So, the card is okay, I guess. I don't like it being able to negate something 2/3 of the time...but that's just me.
