Ummmm, I think that your OCG is bad. The Card doesnt even have capital letters. The effect doesnt state where on the card the points are goin. You need to explain what you mean. I cant rate until I understand whats going on here.

What are you, 5? Why no capitals. ANYWHERE!

 

But the effect is so UP'ed. Only 200 ATK Gain and a 200 LP loss. That's lame... Unless the card you were battleing had like, 2900 ATK and the card you had had 2800. But that's only by luck. And the OCG is awful. It looks like what I would say when I m trying to explain it to someone without completly reading the effect. F+, atleast you tried?
