Its name means Bone Dragon in Japanese....I think haha. The effect may a bit Op'd but thats how people on YCM like it now a days. Its nothing complex its just a tuner that can come back from the grave at the cost of your draw phase. For someone with the upper hand in a duel it could prove to be a powerful asset but for someone without any good cards it would be worthless seeing how you would want to save your draw phase to draw something better.

I'd say it's a pretty fair trade-off. Seems balanced enough to me, although I think your OCG should read:

 

"During your opponent's End Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon it. If you do, you must skip your next Draw Phase."

 

Overall, though, pretty sweet. 8/10

Are you sure about the "must" in the OCG? I think it makes more sense with "If you do, skip your next Draw Phase". Even though I do not play synchros I think it is a good card. I might had sided it in my Macro Monarch.

Japanese name is all right, sounds a little weird, but I would not say it is wrong. Picture is all right too. I might think of changing the attribute from DARK, so it don't get too useful in DAD decks.

I think the name sound cool and the pic looks very great. The card could be used in many decks, like synchro, monarchs or DAD. You just have to fix the OCG errors and then it is great!

Thanks for the fix. Got the remake posted and I hope to hear more about the card.

 

I have no idea how it would really be pronounced but I've been saying (Hown-Re-U) Sounds alright in my head haha.

I give it 9/10. Its a good trade off, but fix up those OCG errors and it would be 10/10!
