That's not my name dammit!

Never had a problem since my name is said as it's spelled. I guess various accents make it different' date=' but that can't be helped.

Though, my last name gives me hell.

As does mine. I'd rather have Yagami as a last name. At least people wouldn't mistake someone calling me by last name for someone telling them to be quiet.

My last name is always tricky to the teachers and staff at my school, first day of school only ONE teacher at my school got it right, and she was my History teacher that I've known for 3 years -.-, so no surprise there. Anyways, the teachers that got my last name wrong pronounced it like "Corpez" or "Corpus". They all finally got my name right in November, but I still get irritated if a substitute teacher pronounces my name wrong, and I give them hell.

I simply state that my last name is Metachi now. It's actually caught on' date=' to where my coachs/academic teachers call me "Ms. Metachi" or simply "Metachi" so I don't have the problem anymore.

[/quote']In my opinion that last name is awesome

It's an epic last name IMO.

My last name is Lujan, I f***ing hate it when people use the English pronunciation for the j. It's supposed to be the Spanish pronunciation so it's kinda like "Luhan"
