Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 1 "Junk Warrior" and 1 EARTH monster to the Graveyard. If your opponent declares an attack on a card with "Junk" in it's name that you control, the attacking monster must target this card instead. When this card is selected as an attack target, switch the ATK and DEF of this card. If there are no monsters with "Junk" in their name, return this card to the owner's Deck.

That's the point. It gets the ATK Power when something attacks it. That's it's attack but I was trying to be more original and creative.
