The only thing that stands out to me is that there needs to be a coma after "Summoned".

Fits in well with Arcana decks, but could work well in any Beatdown deck.

Not sure about the name, forgive me but i have know the list of the Arcana name for fortune cards, and there 22 Major Arcana and 28 Minor, The Crown isn't exist in the list though, i can give you the list though or check it out on wikipedia. well otherwise, it's good and balance. just a bit OCG error, so 7/10
