Please fix OCG and tell me a better name to use.

Also if you have any way on changing the effect please tell me how to make it better.

Effect

During your Battle Phase, if your opponent controls more Defense Position monsters than Attack Position monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. Your opponent can discard 1 card to negate the attack. If your opponent negated this card's attack, you can discard 2 cards to draw 2 cards. If you drew a Machine-Type monster, by paying Life Points equal to its Level x 400, you can Special Summon that card from your hand.

Have fixed the ocg though there was only 2 errors.

 

The card is great, though I think you should change the 500 LP pay to 300 9/10
