Lore:

This card cannot be activated unless there are Spellcaster-type monsters on your side of the field. All Plant-type monsters on your side of the field are also treated as Spellcaster-type monsters. All Plant-type monsters on your side of the field gain 400 DEF. If any monster on your side of the field is destroyed by battle and you lose more that 1000 Life Points, destroy this card instead.

First of all, you forgot to write out the lore. The effect of the card could be useful in a spellcaster-plant deck, but do they exist? I think NO! So this is a card only for veeeeeeeeeeeery special decks.
