JG.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing FIRE monsters whose total ATK and DEF equal more than the total ATK and DEF of this card. When this card is Special Summoned, send cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard equal to the number of monsters Tributed. Destroy cards on the field equal to the number of FIRE monsters sent to the Graveyard by this effect x2. Been a month since I made my last card. Speaking of which, I find it mildly amusing that the card maker stills attracts me after beng here for 2 years. Sure, I only use it rarely, but still. Also, I'm considering making a set based on this, or at least an Archetype, called "Flare". I would edit this card to fit though, but what do you think? Should I make a set to get back into card making for at least a while?
Krokosaurus
Wow, great pic! The effect looks very interesting and it would be very useful in a fire deck. I cant find any OCG errors, so it could be a real card!10/

Lexadin
Nice card. Pic is great, name is ok.OCG: total = combinedEffect: Original and effective. I would rather see FIRE monsters that burn, but that's just my oppinion.A 9.5/10 (9.6 after fix)
JG.
Yeah, I also considered a burn effect, but I didn't really want, as I don't want to be too stereotypic.

Yang Xiao-Long
Nice card you got there.OCG is perfect.Effect is neat, and after it resolves you still get a 3000 ATK beat-stick. Nice. Overall it's a really good card. A set on "Flare" would be a very nice idea. You should go for it.

Skyson
Read the card. Thought it was cool. Read "x2" and died laughing. Tribute off 3 fire monsters, mill off 3 fire monsters, HELLFIRE. x] Needing to tribute totals to match or exceed his total sounds like an awkward ritual summon, and you can overtribute fire monsters for this thing just to get a bigger mill off. Awesome. Netting x2 destructions per mill is too good, almost -literally- too good but FIRE is horrible and "x2" is something that only happens to bad things to make them good. So, this is acceptable. Delicious hellfire. 9/10.
Morgan LeFlay
It's a tough one to call, it seems underpowered to me at first but it might not be. Unless you're running a deck with mostly FIRE monsters and not very many Spell or Trap Cards, its effect is a little risky, but the fact that the destruction is mandatory makes it situational, and you may very well have to end up destroying your own cards. I probably wouldn't use this card because of the large cost for the Summon.
JG.
I made it mandatory destruction because otherwise I felt it would be too OP'ed.
