You can tribute this card to destroy all monsters on your opponents side of the field, and remove all the cards in your opponent's Graveyard from play.

The effect looks a bit UPed for that high summoning conditions, just think of that you have to get XYZ on the field! You should change/add that you can remove from play one card every turn (without any conditions) and that you can tribute this card to destroy all cards on the field. The OCG looks ok.

First of all, these Fusion Materials are really difficult to get out into play (especially Dragon Cannon). The sheer amount of preparation this card takes to Summon is ridiculous.

 

I can think of a lot of cards that could blow this card away in an instant.

I agree with everyone that this is UP'd, considering the summoning requirements. That being said, you'd probably just pull it out with a Hex-Sealed Fusion anyway, seeing as it would be too hard to try to get everything for it.

 

Definitely needs less restrictions. Or less fusion materials. But probably less restrictions.
