i was bored so i made 2 new naruto cards!!:D

Rules of this board say no posting cards as attachments. Fortunately for you, posting cards the right way is pretty easy.

 

Copy, paste, informinationicate, go!

 

1. In the card maker editor, bring up the card you want to post and click on the image of the card that gets generated.

2. Copy the link that appears under the card.

3. Post it in your thread. Since YGO Card Maker already throws in the IMG tags, you don't need to do anything else to it.

Kakashi

 

Why is he a "Spirit" type monster?

And even so why have you attached none of the rulings of Spirit cards to him? If you're gonna keep him a spirit, add the rulings ney?

 

Effect should be "If you have less than 1000 life points, this card may attack your opponent directly."

Or something along those veins.

Should not be 10 stars for the effect and stats you've given, 8 at most, more likely 7.

Recently I've realized fake types shouldn't really be attempted, at least until you've got an incredibly masterful understanding of just what the hell you are attempting, and got a few sets under your belt, So change Kakashi to a "Warrior" type and not a Ninja.

 

Madara

 

Alright, again with the level, WAY to high for JUST 1800 ATK. Even if the DEF and Effect balance that out, which they kinda do, 9 is still to high and I'd drop it to 6 or barely a 7.

 

Also, the typing.

This time I know why you've made it a Toon card, but again, you've completely ignored the rulings for Toon type monsters.

Wouldn't be able to help to much with the OCG here with this one, I'm a beginner with it myself, but I can translate the 2nd effect well enough.

 

"If this card is successfully Special Summoned draw 2 cards."

 

Also the gap between both effects is uneeded, and I suggest raising the ATK lowering the DEF and cutting 1 of the effects, to just even the card out a bit.

 

Hmm other than that I suggest a new pic for Madara, the current one is kinda meh.

 

 

Kakashi gonna give a 4 outta 10 and Madara a 3/10.

 

Keep trying though.

 

Toon Rulings

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side the field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more. This card cannot attack in the turn that it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target.

 

Spirit rulings

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to its owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up.
