Chrono Spell Card

Its been awhile since I have posted a card in the Realistic Section!! I have been playing against my mate and he said isnt it annoying when you have a hand full of Tribute Summon cards and no way to summon them, so I made this. I think it would work well with stall cards like SoRL and Nightmare Steel Cage. I hope you all like it, all comments and ratings welcome people :)

i'll comment :P ok its quite nice idea but ill stick with Ancient Rules, nice idea maybe add a few monsters that use chrono counters aswell and maybe even a set 6.5/10 atm :P nice pic btw

True that Ancient Rules is a much easier card to use to summon higher level monsters but that only works on Normal Monsters of Level 5's and above doesnt it? This one works for all Effect Monsters too...so long as they dont require specific conditions to summon them. I also made it abit open ended so that you could use it to summon Ritual Monsters as well, as they have Tribute requiremnts.
