You need OCG fixes on a couple of them, mainly the Synchro. But I'll bring up "Virtue Eater - Theft" first...you should say "are" instead of "is" in the first line. Make sure your verb agrees with the subject.

 

On "Virtue Eater - Terror," the OCG should look like this:

 

"1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner DARK Fiend-Type monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all cards on the field except this card. No other monsters can be Summoned during the turn this card is Synchro Summoned. Once per turn, you can discard 1 DARK Fiend-Type monster to take control of 1 monster your opponent controls with less Level Stars than the discarded monster."

 

I'm fairly sure that's correct.

 

That being said, the effect is somewhat OP'd, mainly on the summoning block for the turn. I'd say there should be a limit on Special Summons, or something, but not a complete block, especially if you just wiped the field. That being said, I think the rest is okay, and the archetype looks cool.
