I don't know why, but I made this card out of a whim.

Lore:

1 Fairy-Type Tuner + 1 LIGHT non-Tuner monster

When this card is Synchro Summoned, return all other cards on the field to their respective player's Decks. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is still applied normally). As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot activate card effects that specifically target LIGHT monsters on your field, and monsters on your field cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is still applied normaly). When this card is removed from the field, Special Summon 1 monster used for this card's Synchro Summon from your Graveyard.[/align]

Well, right off the bat, I'd say the field wipe is a bit OP'd. But it does have fairly stringent summoning requirements, and it is a Synchro, so it's in it's nature to be overpowered. I'd say make it an optional field wipe that has to be activated by Releasing this card; this makes it somewhat similar to Black Rose - you can wipe the field, or choose to keep it and take advantage of its effects. I think that would give the card more balance and diversity, imo.

 

But overall, I like it. 8/10.
