Please comment on them as i would like to know what you think and what needs improved. Red-Eyes Toon Dragon has the same effect as the rest of the Toon Wolrd Monsters. Cost too easy and then it could summon cards like Blue eyes easily -_-Well, I think it's fine if you put it, but not the "anti-effect" effect. .Or the other way around ^^; Great card though.
