Nice job for your first card. However, I feel that this card is WAY too hard to summon. Black Rose Dragon is a Level 7 monster, and you only allow it and 1 tuner. And since this card is 12 stars, that means you would need a Level 5 Tuner, and there are not many of them. Effectwise, it is too much of a Life Point Gain. Although you put a limit at 8000, that's still a lot. Also, when you say Direct Damage, it makes me think that you're implying a direct attack. If that's the case, 4500 x 200 =900000 Life Points.

 

OCG correction:

When this card successfully attacks your opponent directly, the controller of this card gains 8000 Life Points.

 

One more thing (just a suggestion), you could tie in the effect more with Black Rose Dragon, since it is technically an "evolution". Try relating the effects.

As of right now:

Black Rose Effect - destruction

Black Death Dragon - recovery

Just doesn't really fit/relate.
