The picture is...pretty generic. I think I may have seen it before...but it's well-done, so I'll give it a 7/10.

 

The OCG is decent. What exactly do you mean by "Dark Warrior"? If it's a specific monster you have in mind, put the card's name in quotation marks. If it's a DARK-attribute Warrior-type monster, say so. The rest is acceptable (to me, anyway), so I'll give it a 6/10.

 

Balance-wise, it seems underpowered to me. One tribute for a monster that can't directly attack your opponent? I guess it's handy for summoning 2-tribute monsters, but I'd add a little more ATK, probably 1900 or 2000. It's better to err on the side of weakness, though, so I'll give this a 7/10.

 

Overall, it's 6.66666...etc. It's comparable to my early work, but keep working on it.

No problem, that's what I do. Also, I think you left on extra image tags, but that's no longer important. Let's get down to rating this card:

 

"Once this card is summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Dark Warrior from the Graveyard. After the End Phase of this turn, this monster can directly attack your opponent. If there are no monsters on your opponent's side of the field, this monster can not directly attack your opponent. When this card is destroyed, you gain 500 Life Points and your opponent loses 500 Life Points."

 

Well, first off, let's fix the OCG:

 

"When this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 DARK Warrior-Type monster from your Graveyard. After this turn, this monster can attack your opponent directly. If your opponent controls no monsters, this card cannot declare an attack. When this card is destroyed, gain 500 Life Points, and inflict 500 damage to your opponent."

 

That should be, more or less, what you're trying to say. Now, this card does a lot, and I think it needs some restrictions:

 

- A limit on the level of the monster you Special Summon (i.e., a Level 4 or lower monster).

- Perhaps a higher level? One tribute for this much effect seems a bit much.

- LP Damage/Gain when it leaves the field. At the very least, say "destroyed and sent to the Graveyard." That's the most basic restriction. You might want to make it destroyed by battle, though.

 

That's pretty much it. This card has potential, as do you. Good luck, and happy card making!
