correction on OCG: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Aqua Chaos". This card cannot be target by an attack your opponent declares while there is 2 face-up WATER Monster cards you control.

This card cannot be Advance Summoned. This card can only be Special Summoned by "Aqua Chaos." If there are at least 2 WATER monsters on the field, this card cannot be selected as an attack target.

 

All that out of the way, you should probably post "Aqua Chaos" too, so we can see the support with the set.

It's okay. Gonna make it tough to get out. And I think "summon" needs to be "Special Summon" in the card lore. A bit nit-picky, but that's life.

 

...oh, and you need to specify where you can summon Tidalus from. (i.e., hand, Deck, or Graveyard?)
