Wataqueen has an OTK: Hoshiningen, Inferno Reckless Summon, and Instant Fusion. 9600 damage. I reckon Wataking could be used in old-school Fusion Heroes, with Rota/Stratos/E-Call running around.

 

Ironically, Watapon is not boosted by Wataqueen.

 

Both cards are good at what they're trying to do, and Wataking's level balances him out.

Good, but not astounding; if you need a number, I would give you a four as in "fourck you" out of five.
