The OCG is terrible, unfortunately. I have to say a 6.5/10.

Ok, lotsa OCG corrections here;

 

Crawling Water Dragon- This car cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Water Dragon Egg". while this card is in face-up Attack Position this car cannot be destroyed by a card effect.

 

Dragon Fusion- You may use this card for a Fusion Summon instead of "Polymerization" for the Fusion Summon of a monster whose Fusion Materials include 1 or more Dragon-type monters.

 

Really not sure on that one...

 

 

Water Dragon Egg- FLIP: Special Summon 1 "Crawling Water Dragon" from your hand or Deck.

 

Supreme Crawling Water Dragon- you only just need to put speech marks around the card names

 

Kameka, Dragon Controller (BTW, you have it spelt wrong)- Once per turn, 1 face-up Dragon-Type monster you control can attack twice during the Battle Phase the turn this effect is activated.

 

Dragon's Liberty- If you have no Dragon-Type monsters on your field or in your hand, you may Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck. (I assume that's what you meant? And if the effect's only for when it is activated, why is it continuous?)

 

Overall opinion:

0.5/10. If that.

I don't care about ocg really. I'm a person who "Thinks outside of the box".

Your rating: Your ritual card's effect makes no sense. down 2. The art is cool. Up 2. Trap card being continuos = no sense. down 2. The kameka card's effect makes no sense. down 1.

Fusion is way too powerful to be a fusion. try a ritual or a BIG special summon requirement. None. levels? Good. up two. Hate for dragons, none since you are new I'll leave my hates aside.

Rating: 5/10. This would be appealing to dragon communties, they might be all about the art and names. In a community where people hate dragons? I guess you shouldn't try there. You Being a newbie, I put my hates aside, and I rate with my hates ALOT. I don't care much about ocg but op is what I care about. Never make something godlike unless there is a major cost.
