set_creator
Level: 8ATK:3000 DEF:2500Set Code: BEWD-EN000 Circ: Limited Edition If you have 3 or more monsters with "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" in their name in your Graveyard, this card can be Special Summoned by removing all cards in your Graveyard from play. Up to twice per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for any reason, Special Summon it during your Main Phase 2 with 500 less ATK and DEF than it had before it was sent to the Graveyard. This card is balanced only because: Blue-Eyes Decks use graveyards a lot, you have to remove your entire graveyard to summon without tributes. After 2 destructions, most 1-tribute monsters can kick its @$$, and in today's meta, using 2 destruction cards is pretty easy to do. It cannot be re-Summoned during the Battle Phase, which is allows you to take a big chunk out of its user's life with some direct attacks This card can be broken with: A Skill Drain deck. Both of its Special Summon effects activate outside of Skill Drain's range, and when it is Special Summoned from the grave Skill drain negates its ATK loss. Many cards with a Monster Destruction cost like Advance Draw. Image credit goes to Chlyde_Mist on Photobucket. Patched lore (to include the other BEWDs): If you have 3 or more monsters with "Blue-Eyes Dragon" in their name or called "Dragon Master Knight" in your Graveyard, this card can be Special Summoned by removing all cards in your Graveyard from play. Up to twice per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for any reason, Special Summon it during your Main Phase 2 with 500 less ATK and DEF than it had before it was sent to the Graveyard. Lexadin
OCG fix: This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" from your Graveyard from play. Up to twice per turn, if this card would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon it during your Main Phase 2 by (permanently) have this card lose 500 ATK and DEF to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This should do it.Pic is bad imo, it should be cropped or something like that. It looks more like a Spell or something like that now.Effect is ballanced enough.A 7/10 (after fix), nice try, but BEWD suport is hard to really make work. crossader
mmmm effect is interesting, however there is only "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" in all yu-gi-oh. So you must have 3 of em in your graveyard. 7/
Paddyman
This is a good card, just fix some ocg.9/
Skyson
Future Fusion, this, go. Skill Drain, as if this would be killed in battle under skill drain, laugh when it comes back under destruction with 3000 ATK, win. So yeah.. Blue Eyes Skill Drain? Sounds hot. 6/10. set_creator
Ouch, forgot about Future Fusion. Yes, crossader, there are more BEWDs in OCG and real-life: Sin Blue-Eyes White Dragon... wait the other cards in the Blue-Eyes archetype don't include the full name of "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" so thinking back, I should have checked this. Oh well, patching the lore: If you have 3 or more monsters with "Blue-Eyes Dragon" in their name or called "Dragon Master Knight" in your Graveyard, this card can be Special Summoned by removing all cards in your Graveyard from play. Up to twice per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for any reason, Special Summon it during your Main Phase 2 with 500 less ATK and DEF than it had before it was sent to the Graveyard. Now includes Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, the original Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Sin Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and Dragon Master Knight
