Waaaay too OP'd.

 

Add serious drawback to the first effect, and add "until the end of your turn." Otherwise you can just remove from play a simple Level 4 monster and it'll get a huge ATK boost for as long as this guy is on the field.

Ops, forgot to add that the effect is only until the End Phase. Sorry.

 

And, yeah, you get a huge ATK monster, but you lose one for it. So. balanced to me.

I think is pretty balanced, since i have seen already existing cards that are more BRUTAL than this card (see "Strongwind Dragon" as an example) hot card dude

Really though, outside of some outstanding "get broke" combos, which there aren't a ton of here, this card is relatively balanced. He can get big for the turn, do some damage, and sit back on 2050.

 

He's alright.
