Better OCG would probably be: "Select 1 monster in your Graveyard and remove it from play. Destroy all face-up monsters on the field whose ATK is lower than the ATK of the selected monster." At least, provided you exclude face-downs. If you have it destroy face-downs too, it'd be overpowered by a large margin.

Being Quick-Play makes it quite OP IMO, since dumping a high ATK monster is very easy, turning it basically into a much cheaper, chainable Vortex with some small risk to counterbalance it.

@Ixigo: It destroy your monsters too, if you have one, of course. Doesn't it balance the card ? Or make it a Normal Spell Card balance it even more ?

@Ruann: Valeu ai Ruann. :D

@Tomtekorv: lol. It is portuguese, he is brazilian like me too I think; Thanks for the comment. Is it balanced enough to you?

Dark Hole destroys your monsters too. Being perfectly honest, I'd rank this card higher than Dark Hole, marginally, due to the versatility of being able to be used in your opponent's turn as well, and of course the fact that it goes well with some beatstick decks that can summon stuff which will survive anyway. Dark Hole is banned.

As a Normal Spell it still remains quite strong but it is playable, since the monsters it can be abused with (D.D. sheet) aren't really strong. Though I like the idea of a Quick-Play like that, it just doesn't work here.

Also, you didn't answer my question. Is it supposed to work on face-ups only or not?
