Lore:This card can only be Special Summoned by Removing from game 1 Water monster in your Graveyard or by the Effect of ``Ninja Toads`` , This card cant be Attacked by a monster with 800 or more ATK Points during your Standby Phase Special Summon 1 ``Ninja Toads`` from your Graveyard or Deck. Once per turn you Can Tribute 1 ``Ninja Toads`` in your Field Execute 1 of the Next Effects:

-Destroy 1 Level 4 or Lower monster in your Opponent Field

-Add 1 monster with ``Toads`` or ``Frog`` in your Graveyard to your Hand.

-Inflict 1000 Damage to your Opponent Life Points.

I like the consept except that part were they cannot be attacked by monsters with 800 or more ATK. Since they get a 1200 ATK boost from wetlands nothing can attack it. Frogs already have enough ways to defend themselves, you need to get rid of that effect.

Soo... Massive OCG problems, it's way too powerful and it doesnt really have a -1 effect, can too easily destroy a monster, it basically lives forever if u have 3, you can inflict damage to your opponent's life points too easily.

Time to hit up fourth grade for a basic grammar lesson. Adogadog8 edited your card, so I'll just comment on it.

 

It's got a nice effect but it's too tough to get rid of, which makes it a bit overpowered... But that picture's really awesome.
