When this card is successfuly Fusion Summoned destroy 1 card on the field. This card cannot be destroyed by battle unless by a Level 11 or more monster. This card cannot be destroyed by the effect of a card. Instead of Tributing the monsters used to Fusion Summon this card you can Tribute 1 "Dark Magician" and 1 "Dark Magician Girl" instead. When this card is destroyed you can destroy all the cards on the field.

Effect:This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Legendary Double Blade". This card is also treated as a Spellcaster-Type monster. When this card attacks or is attacked it gains 300 ATK and loses 200 DEF. Once per turn you can discard 1 card and discard 1 card on your opponen't side of the field. When this card is destroyed by battle you can add 1 "Dark Magician" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

As for the card itself, the wording on the 4th sentence is confusing. Use this:

 

You can Special Summon this card by tributing 1 "Dark Magician" and 1 "Dark Magician Girl" you control.

 

The "not destroyed by cards effects" makes it pretty broken. But good job, as it's always hard to balance hard to summon monsters.
