In Inner Moka you missed the quotation marks in the Tuner's name. And she definitely needs a nerf. more than 3300-3500 ATK is not a good idea, because it becomes unbalanced (and I mean really unbalanced). When it was an effect monster it would be better. There is another idea I really like. Fusion monsters that have strange summoning conditions (like the NEX Neo-Spacians).
