So scratch what i said early. Some minor OCG errors, but OK. I mean, it's pretty UP. The highest this card can go is maybe 2000. So, it's alright. Crop the pics alittle better and MAKE SURE TO CAPATILIZE!

Absolutely correct. Capitalizing is the most common OCG problem.

The pic is quite recognizable (Kakashi Hatake from Naruto) so it can be counted as Pop Culture, but since the name doesn't state "Kakashi..." it's alright I guess. It's not me who decides that anyway..

7/10 It really is kinda underpowered. At note what corezero678 said about the pic

You need to remove white edges from picture with some cutting and cropping....it would look better that way.
