I mean, it's pretty UP. The highest this card can go is maybe 2000. So, it's alright. Crop the pics alittle better and MAKE SURE TO CAPATILIZE! Capitalizing is the most common OCG problem.The pic is quite recognizable (Kakashi Hatake from Naruto) so it can be counted as Pop Culture, but since the name doesn't state "Kakashi..." it's alright I guess.
